Thank you to gentlemen at Wenatchee Auto Zone for helping me zip tie on a piece of my car that came off below bumper that's been dragging all week. Free of charge. As a single mom with ZERO car mechanic skills I am extremely grateful employees went above and beyond today. And they wouldn't even accept a tip. Thank you Auto Zone & amazing crew!

A big shot out to Juan who helped me out during January 2024 winter storm. Both my batteries died on my diesel truck. Juan drove up both batteries to my house in his personal car. I am blown away by this high level of customer service displayed by Juan. The culture as autozone is impressive. I'm going to swing my shop business to AZ now.

I went in 15 minutes before they closed and Jesus was happy to assist me in finding the correct headlight bulb for my vehicle. He went outside and removed it and was able to identify which light bulb was the correct one for my vehicle. Jesus even replaced it for me without me asking. This kind of service was not expected but definitely appreciated. I will definitely be coming back for all my auto part needs. Thanks again Jesus!!!

This store in Wenatchee I’ve been to several times. Store is fine, with the exception that the way the parking is set up - all of the employees park at the front of the store and take up all the parking spots, forcing customers to park way down the side of the building. Not very inviting.
