“I had a broken box chain necklace I needed to get repaired. I did some research and looking around and found Lisa Esztergalyos's Jewelry shop in West Seattle and decided to take the chain there to get worked on. I dropped it off and less than 2 weeks later was contacted to pick it up. My experience was very good, both dropping it off and picking up the necklace. The repair was professional and well done. “I really don't like normal jewelry stores at all, but truly enjoyed working with Mary on two pieces of jewelry now. My wife sends me jewelry screenshots for things she likes, which are impossible to find matches for in a normal jewelry shop, but Mary can just order whatever stones you need, and then create whatever you are looking for. Pricing is always fair and transparent too. She's fast too - I requested a custom piece on Friday night, she ordered stones Monday morning, which arrived Tuesday, she worked to assemble everything Tuesday night, overnighted the jewelry to me on Wednesday, which I received Thursday. I will be back!”

The owner did call me back in a timely manner though and I'm so glad that he did! He was able to cut my ring off at no charge, and he was a wealth of information about how it can be repaired. He even puts images of your jewelry on a big screen so that you can see what he is talking about. He gives every customer all the time they need. I am still mulling all the information over, but I know where all my jewelry will be going when any repairs are needed from now on. He also has a nice selection of jewelry in the store and for very fair prices.”
