“I had a broken box chain necklace I needed to get repaired. I did some research and looking around and found Lisa Esztergalyos's Jewelry shop in West Seattle and decided to take the chain there to get worked on. I dropped it off and less than 2 weeks later was contacted to pick it up. My experience was very good, both dropping it off and picking up the necklace. The repair was professional and well done. Cost was what was expected for that type of work. If you have some jewelry in need of repair, you should contact Lisa and see what she can do for you.”

“Went here with my 6 and 8 year old boys and they love to see what Pokemon they have. The staff is always very friendly and patient with my kids. Great spot to get cards graded and they sell Japanese pokemon packs which my kids were excited to get. Staff is great here.”
“I really don't like normal jewelry stores at all, but truly enjoyed working with Mary on two pieces of jewelry now. My wife sends me jewelry screenshots for things she likes, which are impossible to find matches for in a normal jewelry shop, but Mary can just order whatever stones you need, and then create whatever you are looking for. Pricing is always fair and transparent too. She's fast too - I requested a custom piece on Friday night, she ordered stones Monday morning, which arrived Tuesday, she worked to assemble everything Tuesday night, overnighted the jewelry to me on Wednesday, which I received Thursday. I will be back!”

The person that assisted me with the purchase was very helpful. When I was unable to get the pendant on the necklace, Laurens got it on for me. “Dan has worked on my ring twice, once to fix a missing stone and the second time to resize it. He does excellent work with an eye for detail, exactly what you want in a jeweler. I made the mistake of trying to go to a jeweler closer to my home in North Seattle after he moved to Burien and the service was not friendly and the price 3x higher. I cancelled the order and took it to Dan instead. He is worth the drive!”

“While "fancy" jewelry hasn't been my thing, I do have priceless sentimental pieces that need love from time to time. Most recently was a necklace that had been my dad's mom's piece and that my mom wanted to wear to my dad's memorial service. Menashe original gave me a week's turnaround for the work (which was reasonable), but when they heard what it was needed for, they got it done the next day instead! I'm sure I was lucky that they didn't need to special order materials to complete the work, however, the effort is noted and deeply appreciated as well as the work being soundly completed. I definitely will return with the next need.”

“I had a watch worked on at Fast Fix at the mall 3 different times and the second hand still hung up on the minute hand, I paid 3 times and still not right. Took it to Jay Lauris and Robert fixed it in about 5 minutes and refused to charge me. Unheard of in this world. Thank you Robert.”

“So this is the second store. The frist store was at a place (store at BMI) where they didn't speak english. Sold me the wrong size and their policy was no return or exchange. There goes $300 down the drain.However LA Venezuelans was the best. She let me try on different styles and I was very picky. I had a short torso, wanted opening at the bottle and more. She found the perfect fit. If your planning on getting a tummy tuck with liposuction and breast, just go here, save yourself time and money. I WILL BE BACK TO GET MY NEXT Size down. Thank you.”
“Very friendly environment and after going to various Jewelers, I stumbled into Oromex to test the gold in my pearl in bangles. The owner who was on the phone hung up immediately to attend to me and took the time to test the gold content in my bangles. He was very gracious and gave me free testing. If you need anything in gold or other stones this is the place you want to first check before going to the next Jewelry shop.”
