NO STARS The delivery service is absolutely horrible. Drivers try to deliver to our back gate. Really ? Please read the address. We get damaged and missing items consistently. Every single time (so many I can't count) this happens, the app that says it will process refund for these issues, does not. I have to call & spend my time to get a refund. Hours of time wasted. Walmart plus membership does nothing but give you free delivery, where your instructions aren't followed by drivers, and your delivery items are damaged or missing. Please provide me with at least basic and professional services.

Went to the automotive center to get new tires for my car. The cashier told me they don't like doing tires in the morning. The mechanic then told me my front TPMS sensors were broke and required replacement. I went to a Toyota dealership immediately afterwards for the relearn and they showed me THREE of my sensors were broken after Walmart "replaced" them and charged me.

This Walmart is alright. Sometimes better, sometimes worse. But be prepared to wait FOREVER for someone to come unlock the displays. I waited an hour for them to come unlock the case for one Lego set.Also, they need to get it together and treat their employees like people. I’ve heard terrible things from people who have had to quit from here.

I just want to give a shout out to Gail at the #2550 location. She's the only reason I gave this place a 5 star. She's an excellent Walmart representative she always helps me with a smile, she makes sure if I was able to find what I was looking for and tops it off with wishing me a great rest of the day! What more do I want? Oh yeah for cooperate to see this and compensate her with a RAISE PLEASE!!!! She definitely deserves it!

First off, there is no longer a McDonalds In here because of a huge issue with rats.? I've heard this from multiple sources including a staff member of said McDonalds and several Walmart employees. Plus one time I saw some gross woman who I assume was an employee, mopping the McDonalds floor BAREFOOT. Yeah....im not hungry anymore? This Walmart somehow thinks it's okay to never stock any shelves, they're seriously always emtpy... this is not a 24 hour walmart. Which is ridiculous. I dont care what they claim the hours are, because the pharmacy closes hella early, customer service closes hella early, deli closes early, auto closes early, photo closes early, money center closes early, and some IDIOT even decided it would be good to close electronics at 10pm...garbage. the only thing you could buy here at all hours is maybe some groceries but they probably don't have what you need in stock honestly, they never have anything. The Asain food selection is almost non existent. You can ALWAYS count on standing in line no matter what time of day it is. One super annoying thibg about this dump is that the majority of employees don’t seem to ever know where anything is. Another thing I hate about this Walmart is the “Greeter” that attempts to check everyone’s receipts; not everyone has time to wait for that kind of nonsense. These guys are usually about 249 years old so checking a receipt with one soda on it takes 15 minutes. They could make some simple changes and make a lot of customers more comfortable shopping. But they won't because they dont care about anything at all. Also they close electronics now at 10pm overnight. This place is an all around joke. I called to complain and someone sang "Scooby Dooby Doo where are you" and hung up on me. I tried calling again and again with no answer, after about 30 times. Scooby doo again. So then I was slightly irritated So I drove there. It was close to 11:00pm and asked to talk to the manager and they brought me some woman claining to be in charge...I told her what happened and she told me it was old woman that's not there anymore. I was like "It was 5 minutes ago, and it was a young guy, I just told you that." So said "well give me your phone number I'll go check. My caller ID." I Dont really know what good that would do anyways but I sat there and waited for her to come back for about 20 minutes and saw her helping someone on the opposite side of the store. It was probably her if I had to guess based off how she handled my complaint. This a company full of the laziest and most disrespectful people i've ever seen.? Aggressive security guard stalking you in the parking lot 24/7 is disgusting. there are usually Cops? parked right out front, which is just unsettling for everyone.? THERE IS NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS WALMART.

I never had a place that for years has treated me bad but every employee like they pass around my picture I’ve been harassed by the 192nd street employees because a drug addicted neighbors of mine works there. Don’t work I punch my own face and make sure no one’s my friend just like these racist explores at this store want for me

This store is great and one of the original stores in the Walmart fleet. I was able to find almost everything on my list today. The parking lot at this store can be a challenge, but I recommend going to this store during the daylight hours, at night the parking lot can be a bit dangerous. But during the day this is one of the best stores in Vancouver. Staff was really helpful, and took their time when helping me. I had a great experience shopping here at 4pm. I will be back and will continue to report anything.

It was clean and neat. Stockers were refilling shelves. But I had 5 things I had found on their web page that I wanted to look at before buying. Their sewing and craft section didn't include any of them.

It's bad enough when they charge us almost a dollar for a bag that doesn't hold very much in order to carry our things that we've bought out of the store but it's really bad when they have decided to not do plastic bags or even paper bags for that matter. Shame on Walmart you expect me to pay for my bags check myself out because there are no more checkers, bag everything myself, and get it out to my car. And I'm disabled! And then they have enough nerve to say the carts cannot go out of the store. The electronic cards! The ones I need to be able to shop in your store! They are making it easier and easier and easier to not shop in their stores any longer. It's no wonder they're losing money. Every once in awhile I get a really wonderful clerk who does everything they can to make my life easier but most of the time if you can even find it a clerk, they're rude, nasty, hateful, and disrespectful.

i wanted to get lashes n perfume one day n now you have to press a button cause they locked it all up. i pressed the button had a person come she looks in a different aile that was a few rows down n she walks away i press the button again. this time i finally get her attention to get the things i need she says "oh i dont have the keys for it" my question is why go to the area you get called to if you dont have the keys to what i need like then dont come and make someone that does have the keys come. i do not will not buy any makeup any perfume from walmart ever again unless the locks are off.

I recently visited Walmart with high hopes, but my experience left me thoroughly disappointed. From the moment I stepped inside, it felt like chaos reigned supreme. The store was poorly organized, making it difficult to find anything on my shopping list.The lack of helpful and knowledgeable staff was appalling. Whenever I approached an employee for assistance, they seemed disinterested and were unable to provide any useful information. It was as if they were just going through the motions without any genuine concern for customer satisfaction.The checkout process was a nightmare. The lines were long and moving at a snail's pace. The cashiers appeared overworked and tired, which led to careless mistakes in scanning items and applying discounts. I ended up spending way more time at the checkout than I did shopping for my items.Moreover, the store's cleanliness left much to be desired. I noticed spilled products on the aisles, and the restrooms were unhygienic and unpleasant to use.Walmart's pricing strategy was also questionable. Many items I purchased were priced higher than what I've seen at other stores. It felt like I was being taken advantage of rather than getting good deals.Overall, my experience at Walmart was frustrating and unsatisfactory. I won't be returning anytime soon and will be looking for better alternatives to meet my shopping needs. This store needs significant improvements in organization, customer service, and cleanliness to gain my trust again.

The employees are always rude. If I can avoid this walmart, I do. I have a tall daughter looking at items on a rack on the top shelf. An employee named Grace yelled at her, accusing her of standing on it. I told Grace not to be disrespectful and that she's tall and can look at the items & she's not standing on it. (It was the rolling ladder racks they used to put items away) She disregarded what I said.. pushed me out the way (I was 9 months pregnant) to move the shelf without saying excuse me so my daughter couldn't look. Once she moved rack away, she proceeded to follow us throughout the store. I expressed my problems to the standing manager, and she did not care. They both continued to mock me and follow my kids and i around the store with Grace. This is not the first incident like this at this walmart. As an employee, you should not act like the customers are an inconvenience to you.
