I would never recommend this Urgent Medical Center to anyone in our community. There’s a reason they have 3 star ratings.
Ray the Manager has absolutely “NO” communication or leadership skills. I’m shocked she would ever be considered a manager of a medical center. She should consider resigning or upper management needs to fire her. It’s people like her that absolutely makes a negative impact on our community. Ray needs lots of training and should be removed from her position ASAP!

I've been going to this clinic for over 5 years and have seen many providers come and go (as they do). I have some pretty complex health issues, and Brandon came in to it right in the middle of a critical diagnostic time. Not only have I been referred to every specialist necessary to get a proper diagnosis because of him, but he's not afraid to say he doesn't know what's wrong and work with your team to find out what is which i very much value in a physician, as opposed to continuously making a dollar of you just to keep you coming back. He's also very knowledgeable about treatment options and values patient autonomy to the fullest extent. The rest of the office staff are always so friendly and help me get appointments with as minimal wait as possible. Aaron and I see each other 2x a week for an injection and it's always super fast and simple and he keeps me laughing the whole time! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a physician, urgent or primary.

Almost 2 hr wait time, even with an appointment. They completely screwed up the initial workers comp paperwork, failed to fill out authorizations for referrals..the list goes on. Just all around incompetence.

I have been a patient for 21 years (but no longer!)and the quality of the staff has gone sooo far downhill. I called 35 times in one day trying to reach an associate to request a prescription refill and NEVER got beyond their vm. I've requested a doctor call back with no results. This clinic has reduced its hours, staff, and quality. Look somewhere else!

The patient care at this clinic is so disappointing. I have been coming here for years and have found that the doctors do not tend to stay. I have been waiting for a prescription to be filled for a week that has caused me to experience the debillitating withdrawals from not taking as prescribed. My second prescription was refused. Not sure why it was refused. I have been taking it for years. It may be time to find a new clinic.Me again! A month later and I still don't have the correct prescription refill. I was told by the girl at the desk that Dr. Belous just doesn't refill prescriptions. What? Well, after many angry calls, Aaron filled it but called the prescription dosage in wrong. I called the office again speaking with the girl at the desk who thought this whole thing was funny. I didn't. What kind of a circus are they running here? It took my pharmacy to get it right. Highly discourage you to call this place.

I liked the in-person care. Currently I've found that getting a prescription refill takes between 1 day and two weeks. There's no excuse for this. At all. They have eletricity and fax machines. 2 days to get a refill should be the max.EDIT most recent refill took only 3 days! ?

Internet says they are open on Fridays. Drove in to find out that they do not have any medical staff on Fridays, they just have office staff doing paperwork.
