Won't be returning to this location. Dropping off a package with a prepaid label. I was emailed the label. Asked them to print the label at the store. After she prints it the associate let's me know it's $3 to print the label. Outrageous price to print a single piece of paper.

The gentleman with no fingers nails was impatiently rude. I stood there for over 5 minutes while he waited on other people who came in after me. Oh, my bad, I was the only minority who was waiting. There was an old white gentleman who can in after me, and I was very patient with him. So, being a minority female, he chose not to help me. The young lady who worked with him had to finish my transaction. It is a shame in this time in life that race is still an issue with good service.

I think this is the first online review I've ever done, other than doing one for my roofing company who requested it. I started going to this particular UPS store when Michael first opened it many many years ago. Yes, there was an air of abruptness, but it was bearable. However, the last two out of three times I've gone in to this store, I've been treated rudely. Today was unnecessary! The girl that helped me was very efficient and nice... I mentioned to her it was my second trip to their store that morning because I had looked online and their opening time said 9:00 am, but when I got there, the sign said 10:00 a.m. She apologized, and I was just fine with that, but I said perhaps they should get the time changed online. I was not rude, but the other girl working there jumped in to our conversation and informed me in no uncertain terms that it said 10:00 a.m. on their website... She wasn't even part of our conversation, and was actually taking a phone call at the time, yet chose to jump into a conversation that was none of her business! I said "well where I looked on Google it said 9:00 a.m". ... She again informed me that it DID NOT!(instead of just saying that she was sorry, and they would look into it... Even if they weren't going to look into it, that would have been a far more polite interaction with the customer standing in front of her!).. I just turned around and walked out, but then out of my frustration I called her a not nice name as I was leaving the store.I was ashamed of myself the minute I got out of the door! Two wrongs do not make a right, but in retrospect, why would she even intercede in the conversation... I wasn't speaking to her, I was having a conversation with the other girl who was giving good customer service. I originally had planned on returning my packages to Staples because of my previous bad experiences with this store (including a lost package that I had to deal with through Amazon to get a refund on) However I change my mind, and went back in and redid my return labels because I decided to give this UPS store one more chance since it's so close to my home. I now agree with many of your other reviewers... Never again!PS ...it's very unusual to see mostly only five star and one star reviews, and also to see the one star reviews nearly as many as the five-star. It must say something about who's working at the time the five-star reviews are given, versus who the employees are when the one star reviews are given. Normally on a website you'll see lots of five and four-star reviews, with a handful of one star reviews ... I always chalk that up to negative people. Clearly at this store the one star reviews are for the employees like the rude woman from today... I have only good to say about the girl that waited on me today, but I didn't look at any of their nametags so I can't mention her name. Unfortunately, I also didn't see the name of the rude clerk either... I was too upset to pay attention! Thank you for listening.... I doubt my review will make any substantial difference, but I just wanted others to know how frustrating it is to be treated this way.

I love this store as an Amazon return store. They have the best system and are always quick and efficient. I discovered them about three years ago and I nowI drive past two other UPS stores just to come here.

The staff is completely unprofessional and rude. The only reason I come here is because it’s close to my home, I will be using a different print center going forward. Employee 177193 (per receipt) told me to go else where if I didn’t like his service. DO NOT visit this location, drive somewhere else

Worst UPS store I have ever been to. I’ve given them several chances, and every time I go, they want to overcharge my package and are very rude. Never again. The one on 136th is much better. I just took them the same package that this UPS wanted to charge me $15 to mail and they are only charging me $4.95.

I've used this UPS location for years, and the older male manager has been awful forever. Just today, I was in, and my phone took a minute to load the QR code to return Amazon items, and he could stop scoffing at me. He is always short tempered with no patience and treats everyone like they are just wasting his time. Every other staff member I have felt with has been amazing, and I quietly hope to myself that I end up being helped by one of them.

After receiving a lot of ads that the UPS Store is an expert in shipping and handling your special shipping needs my mom and I decided to having a very old portable all metal sewing machine shipped from Vancouver WA to Florida where I live so I could use it at home. We asked this store to pack it for us as they would be the experts on how it should be shipped. It is an extremely heavy machine. The owner told us not to worry that he would take care of us and make sure it was well packed and double boxed. The sewing machine arrived in pieces. The owner said he did pack it but from what we saw all he did was put it in a box, no double boxing with very little tape and packing material. It appeared that the sewing machine was bounced around breaking its portable case to pieces. It cannot be used without a case base (it’s an old portable machine). It is all metal parts and should have been shipped in a small wooden crate. When I had mentioned a crate for shipping, he said no, we can double box it. This machine is an antique and its case completely destroyed. And we had to take it to a special sewing machine repair shop in Florida to see if it even worked. There were some broken mechanical parts that had to be replaced and the case also has to be replaced with a similar one that is from its time. We hate that the sewing machine is not with its original case. At least now it is usable. We insured theshipping and after sending all of the pictures they did refund us which barely covered the cost of repairing it. It is now less valuable because it is not with its original case. The owner said he was sorry and that things were very busy since we shipped it during the holidays. Yes, he rushed us through, now that we think back, reassuring our concerns just to get us out of there since the store was so busy. Stay away from this UPS Store. We will certainly not use this one going forward.
