It’s getting increasing harder to shop here. Everything I mostly need is behind glass. I’m sure the employees do not enjoy this either. Self check out closed, only 2 cashiers and the lines were 15-20 people deep. It seems more employees are probably just unlocking cases rather than checking people out.

It's a clean and well stocked store but increasingly things are locked up. Not at all clear how that is meant to provides value to the customers. What used to be a quick errand of popping in and getting deodorant is now encumbered with a 5 minute wait in order to get the item unlocked. Can't imagine the staff enjoying it either. Hopefully management figures out a better system before losing too many customers.

I would enjoy my shopping experience more if they would stop making it so easy for crack head (non paying) criminals to get away with so much stuff. Faithful paying customers have to suffer.

This store is AWFUL. I worked here 20 years ago and it was unpleasant then, but at least my coworkers and I actually had to do WORK to remain employed and get paid. It takes 15 mins to walk in to the guest services counter to pick up something you ordered online because everyone would rather radio 5 other people to grab your single bag of items than walk themselves to the backroom and grab it for you. I have experienced WAY too many times where I have pressed the button for assistance (often multiple times, I usually wait 5 minutes before trying again) and then watching 5-7 employees walk by and ignore me, even if I try to say something to them.I literally flagged a girl down today and, with her obvious, bright white iPods in her ears, she just cowered, avoided eye contact, moved as far too the other side of the aisle as she could get and shuffled past me. I had to stop 2 other girls who were so busy gossiping and socializing that they were just going to walk past me, too, just to ask where they moved their automotive products to.It's absolutely disgraceful to have a huge staff of 25 and younger folks who are fit enough to walk the store for hours, yet are SO lazy they won't even intact with customers. We used to get dinged on our reviews for basically NOT harassing customers, asking if they were finding everything alright. If you didn't make sure contact or smile and make yourself look approachable, you decibel got talked to. These pathetic excuses for a workforce just cannot be bothered and it sucks.I'd never go in here if I didn't need to get my medication, absolute waste of time, terrible employees.

Everything at this store is locked behind glass which makes for a terrible shopping experience. You can't even get simple household items without tracking down one of the very few workers they have around the store. I sat waiting for someone to open the laundry detergent vault and no one ever came. There have been multiple instances of me leaving the store because I couldn't get what I need. I do all my shopping online now.

Watch out when you order online for store pickup. They charge $0.80 for a bag but don't give it to you if they can avoid it. Someone is making money off of this.

Almost everything I normally shop for at Target (beauty, personal care, vitamins, medicines, hair care) is now behind locked glass cabinets, and I have to search for a staff member to unlock almost every aisle. Really horrible shopping experience!

Easy parking (plenty), right off 164th & Mill Plain. It is always great makeup and skincare selection, especially for a retail chain store. It's a big Target, so I always ask where something is before wandering. Helpful sales associates, too! I only wish the CVS Pharmacy was a true drug store so I could use my CVS Cares coupons (amazing 30-35% Off, $10 Care Rewards, or even manufacturer coupons). CVS is 95% of the reason I go to Target.

It may be a problem with society at large and Vancouver in general, and the increase in crime, drugs, and homelessness, but I just don't feel very safe bringing my family here anymore. There's always weirdos wandering the parking lot, obvious shoplifting occuring, and not much anyone can do about it. I feel bad for the asset protection team here, they must be overwhelmed. If we continue to coddle criminals, pull funding from police services, and enable drug abuse and homeless, it's only going to get worse folks. Also, their drive up team is terrible. We spend a lot of money on drive up, and at least 50% of our orders have missing items. Never had that problem at Fred's or Walmart. It's sad because Target used to be a great retailer.

Pharmacy is very helpful and patient, especially as busy as they are and I always shop for a little extra while I wait.
