We were told explicitly by the ulta employee that when we were done shopping we needed to check out with her. The moment came and she said since we didn't have the specific rewards accounts linked to go up front and that she had better things to do.

Target is great.

Never fails, always have an issue here. Store is understaffed and the few that are employed are clearly under trained.

Seems I will be fully switching to Amazon. Nearly every item I need here is now locked up and it takes forever to get assistance. God forbid you need more than one item. If I wanted an employee to pick out every item for me I would have just ordered online to begin with.

LOCKED CASES & LONG WAITSWe’ve all seen the cases going in. My time is valuable just like anyone else’s. We walk away and order on amazon or from another store when I have wait or hunt someone down to open a case. I won’t do it. You want or money or you don’t. Also, it ruins the shopping experience. I don’t want to feel pressured if I want to read a label.

Not happy with clothes selection in any age group. Most of world is not gender neutral. Yes, some can be greens, yellow, but not such a large portion of store. Shoes are chintzy, cheap. Linens are high priced, low quality. Become rags quickly. Staff so obviously are bored. Don't ask if we need help. Just stand at front. Not checking people out. Telling us which line to go into, when there's only one! Genius

Half the store is under lock and key. You can page someone, but that usually takes forever.

Horrible experience and will unlikely return...excellent alternatives exist that appreciate and treat customers as important features to sustain the business. Highly un-recommend. Avoid unless seeking aggravation, poor customer service.

Moved recently to area, and was used to a different environment with Target employees...this store is very nice, newer, and very clean... But employees are not friendly and they look unhappy most of the time... Doesn't help that a lot of items are locked in and you have to ring someone up to get something... Employees here need to remember we are consumers and not asking for free items... A little less attitude and a smile go a long ways.

Cleanest Target I have ever been inside. I could see my reflection in the floors. The staff are very pleasant too. It's a little out of the way, but I think it's worth it.

The newly configured grocery area is excellent given the small floor space they have devoted to it. They have conveniently curated categories the items that I frequently purchase, making it fast for me to find what I need all within one tidy area of the store. (chips, ice cream, fresh produce) The staff was friendly and helpful and I was happy to see that with their reliance on self-checkout, this location hadn't reduced their staffing level (at least at the 6pm time frame that I was there) like other local retail stores have. The result is that the shelves were well stocked and zoned, the aisles were clean, and there was someone to ask for help when I needed it.

I love Target and usually have a fun time when I go there as I can grab needed items as well as browse the isles and find some treasure I didn't know I needed like holiday candles or dog toys. Unfortunately this Target has the WORST employees. Don't ask for help because you aren't going to get it or be directed to someone who could answer your question. If you enjoy getting eye rolls from employees who obviously don't want to be there then this is your spot. Otherwise I'd pick a different store.

Everything from shampoo to deodorant is now locked up. The cashier said people steal stuff. No conversation about corporate profits being the reason for locking stuff up. It’s easier to operate a business from fear vs. lower prices so people can afford to live or pay your workers more money. The CEO makes 100’s of times more money than a cashier. For what for why? So stuff can now be kept from average customers and purchased only if someone is around to unlock the shelf.

I love Target but I was pretty bummed to see so much behind locked cases. I suppose they’re doing what they need to do, but it sure makes completing shopping a challenge.
