Justin and Jayden really helped me out of several technical glitches no one else could. They spent time with me and wouldn't give up till it was all fixed. All the while, showing patience and great senses of humor through it all. I was pretty upset and they made me feel better. Big thanks for their perseverance. Good model for all employees.

Great service! My dad and I came in and we’re lucky to have had Taziah take care of us! She was amazingly patient and helpful, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She had great suggestions and answered all our questions, our experience was great! Thanks Taziah!

5G is wonderful. Disconnecting every couple hours for 3 months not so much. Lots of very apologetic phone calls but never solved the problem from late October to present (end of January). Trying the new router, fingers crossed. Tech support kept talking about tower issues.

This store is great. They got the imessage working on my new iphone 12 after switching from my old old old iphone 6s a few days before.Reyth, the one who helped me out, also moved the info from my old phone to the new one. He was really patient with my technical deficiency and really cool about it too.It's Reyth, pronounced wraith, but he's not scary like an actual wraith would be, just super helpful. :)I was massively relieved to have my phone working and this is definitely my new favorite store.

Great Customer Service!! Reyth helped me switch from AT&T with two lines, explained everything clearly, efficiently, and in a very friendly and knowledgeable manner. Highly recommend!

Customer support will literally tell you any lie to get you off the phone. Dont trust anything they say. If they tell you that they cant do something then they are probably lying. Also they dont listen to anything you say. Be prepared to have to explain the situation over and over again to them. They try to get you off the phone by telling you that you need to go in person to a retail store and then when you get there, the retail employees tell you that only customer service can help. The whole garbage system is designed to make you give up rather than get your issue fixed.Also, i switched to comcast and my bill for one line literally dropped $40 a month.7 year tmobile customer, never again.

I've had a lot of phone services in the past T-Mobile seems to be the only one that can get anything right and if anything goes wrong they're Johnny on the spot to fix it anybody with phone service would be lucky to have T-Mobile

Other than the wait sometimes, I like going here on the rare occasion that I need to go into the store. Other T-Mobile stores around the area give really terrible service. This one at least takes care of you, even if it’s not a sale.

Added T Mobile service in June 2022, Been satisfied with service, benefits, and savings. Redeemed offers for Netflix, AppleTV, and Paramount+. Later tried to redeem offer for YOUTubeTV and encountered problems. Thru contact by phone with TMob learned from Flora, customer rep, was only valid with phone and Home Internet. Had been on wait list for Home Internet which was not currently available at time of move to TMob. Next date went back to shop where service set up to discuss and learned that Home Internet Lite had been rolled out a week earlier and service rep set me up on account and provided router to install at home. Excellent service from TMob reps on phone, Flora, and in person Adad. Simply said confirms that switching to TMob was the right choice!

Ordered a new phone on 8/1/22 and made initial payment. Was told that the phone would ship within a few days. Here it is 8/18/22 and the phone is on back order and Sprint is unable to offer a ship date. Further, they refuse to cancel the order. This is a really lousy way to do business. Buyer beware!
