I’ve been to a few haircut places with my toddler and this is not the place to go. Every other salon I’ve taken my son to, I can sit next to him, be with him, help him, support him in a haircut as he isn’t quite used to them yet cuz he’s a child. This place doesn’t let you go back with them, “it’s policy” and the vibe is honestly just that. Just a haircut place with women who don’t want to be there in the first place cutting hair on a Sunday. We won’t come to this place again. Period. Awful experience. Bland boring, bad vibe.

I actually can't express how disappointed I am after my visit. I went in for the most basic men haircut and beard trim and the manager who was going to do my hair didn't want to hear my request about my beard once I got seated, she stated we would discuss that once we got to the beard, after my cut I explained what I wanted and she then informs me it would be an additional 10.00 on top of the 10.00 it costs for the trim, also stated that it's a brand new policy. I expressed that it Pissxd me off due to me literally trying to explain before we started, and now not agreeing with the price. The manager then states regardless if I agree on price she will not continue my service and I had to pay and leave without a completed haircut. I went to the next place I could find and get did my beard and once seated the lady stated my haircut was horrible and showed my all the spots that was messed up, behind my ears were cut differently, my calic was cut so short it looked bald, and half of my head in the back was cut at a different length. She then stated it would be 15.00 if I wanted them to fix it, I explained I'll just take the L and she laughed and fixed my hair for free and said she couldn't let my leave looking like that! That's how it's done! A little compassion and customer appreciation made a new customer a repeating one!
Side note - previous visit I got my hair butchered by a different employee and had to return to get it fixed, he was nice and handled it but the haircuts just have no standards at sports clips!

Orchards sport clips is always a fun experience! All of the stylists are so nice and do a phenomenal job on cuts and keeping the store clean. They’re patient with kids and well trained on customer service. It’s always a great time filled with lots of laughs. It’s a very comfortable environment, they’re almost like family!
Stylist: My husbands stylist was Angie (the manager) she’s just amazing, it’s always a joy being around her, we just love her!

Looked up Sport Clips online as I need a haircut and was unable to get a price or an appointment unless I gave them info to join. Went down on Wednesday morning to the shop and when I came in one of the stylists said something over her shoulder, may have been a greeting. There were tablets for me to enter my phone number and I was recognized as a repeat customer. Still no dialogue. Waiting while customers came in and were greeted and sat, I suppose they made appointments. After a while I went and tried to bring my number up on the tablet to cancel,no option. I interrupted one of the workers and told her how I felt and that I was leaving. Not much of an answer.

Most of the time good places to go. Angie did a really bad haircut today. Paid $37 and now I'll l need to find someone to fix my hair. Very disappointing

Had left a good review in past but last night I had one of the most unacceptable experiences at the 4th Plaine location. Booked appointments for me and my 6 year old son to get a haircut, as I've done a dozen times. My son went first, I was told I had to wait in the lobby. Figured it made the lady uncomfortable for me to watch his haircut so I did. I go to get my haircut while my son's is being finished. The lady with short dyed hair/tattoos tried to tell me and my son he had to wait in the lobby. I explained i cant do that, there's no one with me to watch him. He is 6 years old, I'm not leaving him un attended in public. I state that quite firmly, and that I will leave with half my head shaved. After a few seconds of back and forth i am obviously emanating straight up rage.Angie, who I've always had good experiences with stepped in to de escalate and allowed my son to sit where I could see him. I was pretty angry they decided to announce and enforce this policy in the middle of my haircut. My anger must've made the girl cutting my hair upset because she left me with the worst haircut I've ever had. I was so irritated with the experience I didn't notice till I got home. Fortunately I was able to get it fixed elsewhere. My issue is that this supposed new policy should have been announced right off the bat as I've always had my son come with me this way. The lady with the short hair and tattoos trying to tell me authoritatively that I had to leave my son with strangers unsupervised was honestly outrageous. Will never return to any location this company owns, deeply regret tipping. If anything i should get paid for hving to walk around like that. It is a shame because for several years I've always gotten great haircuts and service for me and my son at this establishment. Will try to post a picture of my hair before I got it fixed.Service: Haircut

Understaffed, rude, long wait. Can't recommend.My hairdresser Vanessa was great though. 10/10 for her, hope she leaves.

I was going to give 5 stars. My son had a phenomenal 1st cut by Asuni? I can't remember her name exactly. Then my husband returned, my son ended up with choppy marks not blended. I was almost teary-eyed. I was so impressed with first cut. I would only go back to the first person.Update: I have been contacted to fix this.
