Best car shop around. They are extremely honest, kind, and knowledgeable. We have brought both of our cars here for various repairs and they have always been very good about communicating exactly what is wrong, what can be done and the cost of repair/labor. We will never go anywhere else!

2 stars because they did everything right except fix the initial problem I brought it in for tires were rubbing on my mud flap. I got a whole new front end and new shocks all around. Over 5k in parts and labor… for a tire rub that was -is- still unresolved… I ultimately found this out from a third party shop…
Another ding was for customer service. I had to regularly call for updates involving insurance companies etc. and had to motivate them through these calls to get stuff done 3 weeks getting them to take care of this…
Finally, I wanted tires rotated and they did but the shop they sent it too Les swabb hazel dell to have my alignment done>> has a similar review coming. I had two tires at 83 psi and two at 53… they were brand new tires. Then they aligned my truck with bad tire pressures…
No loaner vehicles.
So over 5k parts and labor and the $60 issue I brought it in for remains unresolved.
It probably should be one star, but the mechanics did a great job with installation I re-torqued many bolts they installed and perfectly set!! Thank you ?

Spoke to lady on the phone needed OE clamp deleted and piping installed on aftermarket CARB legal exhaust and was turned away because lady thought I was doing something sketchy...garbage customer service

I've been here two times over the course of several months. I couldn't be happier with both experiences. They are friendly, fair, and reasonable. I've not had to wait more than a day to get an appointment and the work was completed within the estimated time frame. I'll go back whenever I need help with my vehicles. ????

This place doesn't even deserve one star I took my car there to have the brakes and rotors replaced 6 months ago and then my brakes started acting up again causing my steering wheel to shake these idiots tried to tell me that it was because of my back brakes that the steering wheel was shaking when I push on the brake pedal I don't know where these people find their mechanics but they should send them back to school so they can learn something I'm no mechanic by any means but I do know that when you push on your brake pedal and your steering wheel shakes that means you have bad rotors that's only common sens. This place is a joke

Took my daughter’s car in for a weird issue where her hazard lights would not turn off. They were great about finding the issue quickly and effectively. Honest and professional shop that isn’t out to nickel and dime you! Highly recommend!

Like most people, I dread taking my car to any shop for fear that you are going to to get taken advantage of. My experience with My Dad's Automotive & Exhaust has restored my faith in the fact that there are place left in the world that have integrity and transparency. When they spent the time to diagnose the issue with my car and found the issues, they called me up and let me come down there to loot at what the mechanic we seeing and allowed me the chance to ask questions and talk thing through. Even though the out come of my visit wasn't the news I wanted to hear about the state of my vehicle, I will certainly be back in the future for the things I cant tackle on my own.
