Absolutely horrible. they've made me wait over 30 minutes on phone multiple times on the phone, and have hung up on me. Still haven't resolved an issue with online banking. Can't think of a worse bank to deal with, and the bar is pretty low.

There the worst I’ve been on hold for about 30 minutes I recently had a car accident and my car is totaled. Am trying to get a hold of the loss department and waiting for over 30 minutes it’s outrageous. And then they have the Audacity to hang up on me after I’ve been on hold !!!! WORST BANK EVER!!!!!!!!!
