Looking for a new mattress decided to stop into this Mattress firm store. We really ended up liking one, but we're not 100% sure we wanted to spend that much, turned out they were having great deals and made the mattress a very reasonable price. TJ (Thomas) helped us out and was very informative and explained what would work best for us. He was awesome, I would definitely recommend.

I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience at Mattress Firm in Vancouver (near tech center drive). My partner and I were fortunate to work with the amazing sleep specialist Gabby who walked us through all of the important considerations when purchasing a mattress. He really understood what we were looking for and was very attentive to our budget/needs. We must have spent two hours in the store and he was so patient, professional, and kind the entire time, with every question that came up. When it came time for delivery a week later, their delivery team was spectacular!! They were very respectful of my home, wore masks, and asked if I needed help moving anything before leaving…I was not expecting such amazing service from start to finish. If you’re looking for a mattress THIS IS THE PLACE! You will not be disappointed. Thank you Gabby and team- we are happy customers!

I went to the store with a clear idea of what I was looking for and Mathew (salesperson) went out of his way to be helpful and didn’t treat me condescendingly but instead was polite, straightforward , and really helpfulI had a wonderful experience, got exactly what I wanted and at the price I was willing to pay. I got a Serta inner coil mattress with a cooling pillow topI have never slept on a more comfortable bed! I’m having the best sleep of my life, thanks to great service from Mathew and Mattress Firm! So happy with my purchase

I went into the store in Vancouver and immediately started looking around. I had an idea of what I wanted. But after talking with Jeremy, I found out I didn’t know as much as I thought I did. He took the time to explain several different features and mattresses to me. He Got to know a little bit about me and what my needs were. Which really helped with my decision on which one I was going to purchase. He went out of his way to help me save money, and still meet my needs. The expertise that they have in the store is way in above what I expected. I’m glad that I came to Mattress Firm. I will continue making purchases there. Can’t wait to get my bed, pillows and sheets tomorrow. Thank you again to Jeremy and his crew. You were all awesome

Went to this store about 2 weeks ago and first met Gabby. He was very helpful in helping us select a mattress. The one we selected was so comfortable in the store that we didn't want to get up. We waited until the next to purchase it and an adjustable base. Delivery took place about 4 days later. The bed is SO comfortable that both my wife and I have been sleeping so much better. I don't wake up sore anymore!If you go there, ask for Gabby, he is awesome!

My husband and I ordered a mattress online and have had awful sleep since. We came into Mattress Firm looking for a better solution and were happy to be assisted by Gabby. He was amazing, from being extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses and features to his professionalism and kindness toward us and our children as we tried out different beds. You can tell Gabby prides himself on providing a high level of customer service that even extends past the mattress purchase. Both Gabby and his colleague, Whitney, have called to follow up on the timing of our mattress being in stock at the warehouse and checking to make sure we are satisfied. I’m looking forward to getting great sleep on an awesome mattress, all due to Gabby! Thank you!

gabby was our salesman and was amazing really knew his information about all the beds in store and great with customers. gave us an amazing deal on a new bed and worked really hard to make sure we got are mattress when we wanted it. I would recommend him and this location to anyone looking for a new bed. can't beat the price and great customer service they provide to there customers and going out of there way to make sure you get what you want and that you are happy with it.

We had Gabby as our sales person. He is super knowledgeable and cares about his customers (and not just a sale). He went above and beyond for us with educating us on mattresses and working with us as inventory difficulties came up at the warehouse. He found us the best mattresses for our needs as well as as adjustable bases and he followed up with us along the way of getting our mattresses. We shouldn’t have to buy a new mattress any time soon as we got a TempuPedic but if we do, or know anyone else who does, we will be recommending Gabby at Mattress Firm.

We were just passing by and saw that they have purple mattresses. I wanted to try one out after hearing so much about them. Gabby was very informative and patient while we browsed. We ended up buying one because we needed a new mattress, even though that’s not what we set out to do that day. Thank you Gabby for your excellent customer service!

Lauren and Gabby were beyond helpful. I was grateful to receive their input, and what other customers thought about their products. For example, I was originally thinking about purchasing the purple Hybrid mattress, but Lauren and Gabby informed me that most people who bought the Hybrid ended up returning it because it was too firm. After testing both several times, I ended going with the Purple 3, and they were able to help me feel confident with that choice. I received an amazing deal including two free pillows and free sheets, saving me hundreds of dollars. They will also come to your house and remove your old mattress for free! Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and a great deal. ?

I called ahead to see if I needed to make an appointment, and I did not. Gabby helped me to find the exact fit for me, and their policy is that if it doesn't work for me, I can return it, and buy a different mattress. They have a great selection.

I purchased a king hybrid medium firm mattress on August 13, 2021. I worked with Lauren and she was resourceful, attentive, and patient while I made my decision about which mattress to purchase. I recommend working with Lauren to purchase and finance a bed/frame if you are going into the Mattress Firm on Mill Plain.I thought having the mattress, box spring, and frame I purchased delivered by a third party vendor would be faster and more efficient. I was wrong. I do not recommend having the mattress , box spring, and frame delivered by LS Delivery. I was contacted at 315pm by the receptionist of LS Delivery on Monday August 16 and told the company truck was broken and my mattress, box spring, and frame would not be delivered. I was told the materials couldn’t be delivered till Thursday August 18. On Wednesday August 17 at 530pm the same receptionist called me again and told me the materials couldn’t be delivered because workers were sick and the materials couldn’t be delivered until Tuesday August 24. On August 24 the two men delivering the truck showed up and entered my apartments. They did not wear masks and told me it was an extra $50 to have them set up the bed. I was told the total cost for delivery and set up was $150. I paid $200 to have the bed delivered and set up. But here’s the kicker, while I was writing the check I made small talk with one of the guys and asked him how many deliveries they had today. He told me they had 8-10 deliveries that day when they normally have 6-7 a day. I asked why they had so many deliveries that day. He said it’s because they were on vacation last week, so they were behind. So, not only did I pay more money than I wanted but I was also lied to. This kind of behavior is both unprofessional and unethical. Do not use LS Delivery.
