Everyone was friendly and professional! The only issue I had was I was not informed I would be getting a phone call on the delivery to confirm the delivery! It was lucky I answered the phone because I normally do not answer my phone if I do not recognize the number! If my box spring was not delivered as we agreed because I did not answer my phone I would have requested a refund and went with someone else!

We had no intention to buy a mattress today as we were just shopping. The sales lady was so helpful , knowledgeable and friendly we walked out of there an hour later with a new mattress. No buyers remorse, however the only issue is they were out of stock on our chosen bed so must wait 30 days to receive it.

I would shop here again! Patrick provided excellent service for our mattress purchase. He educated us on what features to look for in the type of mattress we wanted. There was no pressure to buy. We did shop around to see what other options and prices were out there. There are hundreds of mattress options and it can be confusing and overwhelming. Ultimately, we came back and purchased from Patrick because of the service he provided and Mattress firm’s delivery speed. We opted in for the old mattress being removed and the new one being set up. This was totally worth it! The delivery team was in and out in 10 minutes. The delivery window application was accurate with real time updates. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The salesperson (Janna) was awesome. The perfect mix of friendly and knowledgeable.She was patient as I tried out her suggestions and explained a bunch of options, all with no feeling of pressure. Mattress Firm is lucky to have her! Will review again after I have the bed for a while.

If you are looking for a new mattress….Mattress Firm is the place to go!! Anders is an AMAZING salesman!! There was no hard pressure to buy, just great questions and test rides to help me pick the best option of me!! Have had my new bed with adjustable base for about a week and have not slept so GOOD in decades!!!! Go see Anders TODAY!!!! I promise you will not be disappointed!!!! ?
