Do not even attempt to rent a Penske truck here! Staff is untrained, unhelpful, and disrespectful of your time. If you want to risk it, come already knowing how to do anything involved yourself as they will be unable to answer any questions and be prepared to spend over an hour there.

My unit was full of rat feces and urine. Managment was unwilling to help in anyway. I would not refer anyone I know to this place. Awful customer service.

Our property has aisles that are extra wide, allowing for plenty of room when you move into your storage unit. A moving truck can easily access the property.
