This is my fav store and I’ve been coming here for years. My app says I’ve saved thousands, not counting my wife and all her grocery trips. But you guys need to get Noe off the registers. She is consistently rude, acts inconvenienced that you want to pay for your groceries. As a former target cashier I can’t fathom how this has gone on so long. Especially in a store that is otherwise friendly and positive.

I always shop here first. If they have it, the price will be good. The selection of organic produce is pretty good, and the staff is very friendly.

Updating my rating from 5 stars to 1 due to the no bathroom access and customer service skills. Not having a bathroom at a grocery store is horrible enough but when a paying customer who's clearly desperate to pee asks to use the restroom & they are looked at in disdain & just given a "No!" That's just unacceptable customer service. I feel horrible for the parents with children! Yes, they have great deals on my favorite Paleo items but my dignity is worth more than saving a few bucks. I will go somewhere else that takes care of their paying customers- worth every extra penny!
P.S. I spoke with the manager before posting this. I understand employees have moments & no one is perfect which is why I spoke to the manager first. She did not care & showed utter disregard. That's why I'm posting. Don't want someone peeing themselves! I see in the reviews it wouldn't be the first time!

I visit here about every two weeks to pick up unique gourmet food items for much less than I’d have to pay elsewhere. Friendly staff. Excellent wine selection and many bottles between $5-$7! Can’t beat it!

Grocery Outlet is a great place to find foods that may not be carried in other box store groceries or a Safeway/Albertson's. I have found that they schedule enough cashiers or cashier trained people, so you don't have long wait lines. They are friendly and have learned the art of being able to make small talk with a customer without it being a distraction. The store is clean, while there is a promo area at the front of the store to your right as you walk in for special buys as well as seasonal merchandise.

My family of four Used to frequent this store every other week for our shopping. My eight year-old daughter told me she needed to use the bathroom. I was told by the cashier that there are no restrooms in the store for shoppers. So Instead of being able to finish my grocery shopping I had to drop everything and leave the store with my family while my daughter peed herself in the car. I will never be back to this place. What a disappointment.

I love this place, but I think it's important to understand what it is and isn't.
Isn't: probably not the best for all your needs. Although they have amazing deals on closeout items, some other items aren't closeout and winco down the street might be cheaper. If you find something you like, get a few because they might be out tomorrow
Is: fun to browse, a little like trader joes in that you never know what you'll find, but not nearly as dressed up. Always have a fun charcuterie and wine selection with really good quality for low prices, I like to stop by there before the weekend
