This place is a one of the big Goodwills, which means a lot of inventory. We were looking into buying a kennel for our new pup because we have to slowly ween her from kennel to bed but we didn't want to drop serious bank on one. They had four full sized ones. Score! Plus I found a VHS copy of Anne of Green Gables. Score again! They also had bathrooms open to the public which is the trifecta of goodness, because I love cleaning my hands after shopping, so yaaaassss.

It's surprising that in Texas, Illinois, and other states, Goodwill prices are much lower compared to here. It seems like prices are inflated for certain brands, unlike in Texas and other places I've visited where prices are set based on the item itself, with a cap.

Who is pricing here????? I forgot this is goodwill and not target.$20 for a pair of black work heels? Right next to another pair that is $7.99 in the same condition. USED AND DONATED FOR FREE. $20 for used shoes??? a 750 piece puzzle? 4.99 another 750 piece puzzle $2.99 same brand. A bookshelf decor piece, $20. Another similar one, $5.99. Is not a very fair system

I love goodwill and I think it its a great place but I was checking out and I heard this elderly woman trying to return something and the man at the counter was so extremely rude and was telling her that he would accept the return even though it wasn't in the 30 day return policy but the elderly woman kept telling him that it was within the 30 day return policy and he kept saying that she was getting mad and he was so unbelievable rude and she was only trying to return something. It made me really sad that he was treating her like this. I am hoping he can get some help on how to treat customers.

So much Fun to shopping in here. Parking lot is tight and small but still you can park next building too. This area has a lot of businesses. So many things are in here. Seasonal stuffs, furnitures, shoes, clothes, hats, socks, lamps, and toys. I can’t count because so many things are there. My oldest daughter and me had a good time together. They have restrooms. So many people can donate their stuffs, and so many customers are there too. 30days return policy.

This store always has really nice stuff from clothing to furniture. I've yet to find shoes at this one in my size but often see cute shoes/boots in size 9 and up or 5 and lower

Clean ,Lots of stock and huge. I come here every week to kill the time . Staff were nice , some foreign staffs looks unfriendly but they are in nature very kind and accommodating it's just that they have different culture and are still learning English. The clothing's here are great but sometimes need to do some research as far as retail prices are concern because there are item that are overpriced such as used brand bags that are outdated I just hope they won't put a high price on those because the mere fact that they got it from donations. I just hope they stick to their advocacy. As a thrift store and helping other people to enjoy shopping in an affordable way . In fairness there are clothing's for women that are consider a good buy. I just hope the pricing person in-charge should consider that this is a thrift store and people come here to find affordable treasure. And not take advantage of the pricing. There are some items like diapers for seniors that are the same or much higher price than Walmart . By nature it's a non profit. Org. I'm happy they help a lot of foreigners,Seniors ,housewives , And jobless people to be able to earn and get benefits. If you like to find Halloween costumes. This is the best place. Over all I like this place and recommends this. But just be careful there's a lot of punk weird customers lingering insides make sure to pay attention to your personal belongings . Lastly it's a great place to hangout if you have so much time to explore .

Had a really bad experience with Jessica working as a cashier. she was very unpleasant and complaining about having to get a tag from the back. The other workers are usually very kind and considerate so I was surprised. Would recommend the store generally but Jessica ruined my experience.

Standard Goodwill. I have found some really good deals here, but prices have definitely gone up over the years. Fitting rooms are currently open 12-6 so plan accordingly. The return window (store credit) has been extended to 30 days, which is nice if you have to take home to try on. The parking lot is tight, so be aware of where the donation line is when you park.

This location seems to have pretty good finds but the prices are so high for a second hand thrift store. Additionally, it’s disappointing that the dressing rooms don’t open until noon even though the store opens at 10am. I had a few items to try on at 11:30am and was told I had to wait until noon to try them on. I was told No exceptions. It’s wasn’t an employee problem either because they clearly had at least 6-7 employees walking around putting items out, fixing up racks, and doing miscellaneous work. I didn’t have the time to wait around so I left without those items sadly. Overall, my experiences here have consistently been unpleasant and felt overpriced leading me to choose other, more local, thrift stores in the future.

They close their fitting rooms at 6. But are open until 8. Wasted hours of my day shopping only to find out you can’t use the fitting room. A lot of the clothes are already too expensive. I prefer to be able to try them on.

My partner and I walked into the Goodwill expecting a bad experience. It met our expectations. The parking lot was pretty full, and there's always people walking around so slowly outside of it, or parked right at the front taking their time for no reason. The customers are even worse inside, and the place gets horribly crowded. The interior is dirty and does not smell good. It also has pretty bad cell service. There's not a lot of good things to choose from. At least the bathrooms weren't too bad.
