She corresponded with me first to get an idea of my style, which I don’t really have when it comes to clothes. The selections she prepared were spot on. I was able to find the two outfits I needed within a short period of time, and then a few others because Nicole had impeccable taste. The manufacturing quality of the items seems high, so these pieces, which were only slightly higher than a big box retail store, are worth the money. Brilliant customer service and a great selection is the reason The Difference has been in business for so long. I will be returning in the future.”

“Best place ever! Went inside of there several times all of the workers are very friendly and nice besides one male that workers there seem like he didn't want to be there! I came right when the mall opened up and the store wasn't even open the wasn't even open for about 40 minutes after opening time! I went side to return something he just was on his phone the whole time, I came back anther day to return the item the person that was working that day was very nice and understanding! She asked if I wanted to exchange the item for something else or a refund! Was a perfect experience ever! Just don't go there if you see a white male with orange/red hair and glasses there.”

“This is my first stop if I need something for the kitchen or bathroom. Clothing selection is spotty if you're larger than a ladies' Medium or a men's Large. The aisles aren't very well organized, but everything is clean. The staff is hands off, but I prefer it that way. Some things aren't labeled with prices, but the cashiers are quick to look things up if you ask. If you're in a hurry or you need something specific, look elsewhere, but this is a great place to poke around looking for a steep discount.”

“Prices are great for good quality items. Products change frequently which can be a good or bad thing depending on how, and what you are shopping for. Staff is so-so, but expected as I'm sure they are paid minimum wage. Return policy is great and very easy. I have been to other Ross's that are an absolute mess but this one is pretty well kept.”
“Went looking for an outfit for a first date. Plenty of selection and sizes. The only problem there were only 2 cashier's. With it being the holiday season they need more cashier's so we don't have to wait 20 minutes in line”
