This is my first stop if I need something for the kitchen or bathroom. Clothing selection is spotty if you're larger than a ladies' Medium or a men's Large. The aisles aren't very well organized, but everything is clean. The staff is hands off, but I prefer it that way. Some things aren't labeled with prices, but the cashiers are quick to look things up if you ask. If you're in a hurry or you need something specific, look elsewhere, but this is a great place to poke around looking for a steep discount.

What a waste of time if you’re here for coats!!! This is place is more like a run down Ross. Half the store is closed off to the public and security has to escort to the. Ack offices to use the restroom.

It's always a great place to go to find a fair price and great items. The store was clean, and the customer service was great

So a long time ago this is where you went for coats and jackets. At some point it morphed into a closeouts store. And this one apparently isn't doing well. They have installed temporary divider walls to shrink the sales floor. And there were lots of empty shelves. Seems lower retail inventories from pandemic catching up to them. But we found some good deals on items we were looking for. Lots of parking though lots of trash and some homeless activity. Stafg were friendly and quick.

Bruh. Wait. Hear me out. Sure it's probably weird to review a Burlington but I just needed to share that I've had nothing but consistently positive experiences at this location. Good selection, better prices and the employees are SO FREAKING NICE. I was there today and grabbed more large items than I could comfortably carry and the loss prevention dude at the front proactively carried my items from the cart just inside the door and loaded it into my car. Everyone that works here is always seriously so nice and I appreciate them Affordable prices on clothing down to home goods. This store is one of my favorite spots - don't let the parking lot fool you. Go ahead on in & grab your deal!

This is a great store… don’t get me wrong on my one star… but quite frankly they have closed their restrooms corporately due to theft… catering to the stealing community but at the inconvenience of anyone who has a bladder, especially moms who are pregnant or have young children, who either need to go frequently or change diapers. Thanks for the customer service… we have to either hold it but don’t finish before rushing out the store to walk all the way to Target just to use the restroom. Your customer service and surveys will never get better for me until you give us restrooms for our simple human needs… and have insurance to cover your theft… theft has happened since the beginning of time… every store deals with it, you might be losing business just for the paying customers instead of saving your goods that haven’t been bought. Not happy and not sorry…

Burlington has got some good stuff in there sometimes. Wacky shoes, great vibe lighting in the home goods section, open until like 11pm. Got my boyfriend a Street Fighter shirt and a nice button up, good plus size selection. I've seen up to 5XL in some nice tshirts and hoodies!Only downside is that I don't believe the fitting rooms are open anymore.

Angeles our cashier. Couldn't have been less helpful. We tried to purchase a water bottle for our 4-year-old. It had a price sticker on it of $3. Went through the checkout and overpaid for it didn't notice. She charged us $5. When I went to show her how we were overcharged she peeled off the markdown sticker and said it was not on sale. And that the price was indeed $5. So I returned it. Boy she didn't like that. Gave me attitude from that point on. I kid you not all I said was "then I'd like to return it". I've had multiple experiences like this, just not very pleased with the customer service here.

Store is only ½ the size of the last time I was in there. WoW! But it is definitely cleaner and more organized than last time too. Prices were pretty good. So I spent too ,it's easy.

The security person, Nancy, was incredible! She took one look at my face and knew I was not well. She stayed with me untill I could function again enough to get out of the store and get home it's because of employees like her I will continue to shop at this store!

I spent $150 and they wouldn't let my 4 year old use the bathroom. I probably would have spent more, but we had to go find a toilet. The fitting rooms were closed as well and their selection was very slim.

The cheap prices are nice, they even have some big and tall selections. The shoes department seems sparse for my size (13) though.
