They weren't sure when they were going to have a stylist available but had me write my name and number down to have somebody call me to schedule an appointment and no one ever called. I mean it looked nice but I guess they aren't that eager for new business

I loved getting my hair done by Donna, she always does exactly what I envision for my hair! She is supper easy to schedule with and always works with my schedule. Masks are required the whole time, but it honestly is not an inconvenience whatsoever. I definitely recommend her to everyone I meet looking for a stylist in Spokane!

I've been going to Shannon for over four years, since I moved to the area. We've been through a lot together with my thick long hair. I've gone from highlighted blonde to blonde as I can get, to red, back to blonde, and then back to red. I've trusted her with my hair, and I have never been disappointed. She's become a great friend over the years, coloring and styling my hair for my wedding, baby shower and beyond. Her salon has great atmosphere, in a safe and convenient location. I highly recommend giving her a try!

Shannon is the sweetest, nicest, most down to earth person I’ve ever met. Her and her girls are always laughing and having a great time. When I wanted to go from washed out red to in your face purple she was so down and stoked for the transformation! I couldn’t be happier with the atmosphere and my hair of course. Can’t wait to go see her for my next appointment!

I've been with this place for a long time and had two great stylists ( Sara and Alli). Unfortunately, they are both gone so I had to book an appointment with a new person, Melissa. I explained to her what I want and she cut my hair, styled it and I went home, feeling OK about it. After I washed my hair at home and it dried, I realized what a disaster she made out of my hair: it is uneven on both sides (one side longer than the other), one side thicker than the other. I didn't have my hair butchered in years!!!!! And now I do. I have been trying to grow my hair in the front for more than a year( I have, better said HAD a straight A-line haircut) with great results from the other girls, and Melissa ruined that in 45 minutes. What a disaster! Here are the pictures of my left and right side of the head, I tried my best to capture how bad it is. I will never return to this place!!!!!!!!

Worst haircut experience ever. I've never went home and cried about a haircut before, that's how bad it was. The owner did my hair and for someone who had 25 years of "experience," she sure can't tell the difference between "dark brown" from black. I had dark brown and wanted my natural black roots touched up to match and she thought I wanted the color of my roots, so after she applied all the hair dye, I noticed it seemed too dark and pointed it out to her and told her what I wanted because she didn't seem to understand the first time so we had to start over. Not only did she messed up dying the hair once but twice in the same appointment! And it was still the same a** f****** color!! She also had the audacity to say it will lighten up!!! No, it f****** won't. I also wanted to trim my long bangs a little bit and she literally took a layer of my bangs and cut them so crooked and short above my eyes! I nearly lost my s*** right there... all I can say is stay far, far away from this place, don't spend your money here. Never going back!!!
