I've been going to Baxters for many years and have always had a good experience. The counter guys are very quick at finding what you came in for and their prices are reasonable as well.

So thankful for this local store and “DWARD” (I can’t remember the nice mans name but that is what the receipt says) for his over the top customer service. I was worried about having to pay labor at a mechanic shop (tight finances right now) and thankfully they do free installation! My middle of the road battery was comparably priced and DWARD replaced it in 15 minutes and was ready for me after I called ahead! It was a no stress experience. Thank you SO much, what a relief!

So we ordered a part online today at 3pm from “advanced auto parts” and it said they would have it delivered by 8pm today. Paid extra!! Of course it wasn’t delivered so when we called to find out they said it was ordered through Baxter auto parts!! Well news to us!! They said that’s our sister store so call them. Of course they’re closednow because it’s after 8pm!? never got the part or a call or even knew that it was advanced sister store where it was ordered! It DOES NOT SAY THAT AT ALL WHEN YOU PURCHASE THE PART ONLINE!!!! So we waited all day for a part that didn’t come and paid extra for! STUPID!

Duane, went above and beyond to not only help me assess my cars issue but also to educate me on the process. He didn't once insinuate that I was not capable or knowledgeable something that does not happen often in the car world. Thank you for employing such attentive employees and empowering them to be great. Baxters was my third automotive store today but will be first in the future.

Dwayne is a rockstar! I called every place in town for a remflex exhaust manifold gasket and even though they couldnt get ahold of it he knew what it was and looked through the resources faster than it took me to explain what remflex is to the other stores!! Knowledge is key. May not have the part I need today but I know who im calling in the future!

A BIG THANK YOU to Frank who was able to getmy license plate on the rear of my car when I wasn't able to because of the weird manufacturing attachments for the license plate. That's what I call Superior customer service in a world where there isn't much of that around any more!

I called for a price quote on a wheel hub assembly for an Express. D Ward was taking the order and the first quote was a bit high and she found a friendlier part cost. So I ordered that and I was assured it would arrive the next day.It did I was called promptly and I was lucky ught the bus since my vehicle was rendered inoperative. S Shaw rang it up and I asked for a bag due to the incredible weight of the part. He did find a bag with handle which I thankful for.I then realized I had forgotten three items and D Ward rang those up and I was on my way with all the parts that I needed. Thank you Baxter Auto parts/carquest you helped me out in a tough situation.
