Came here to buy fuel hose for my plane. The guy cut me some hose and sent me on my way. I got to working on my plane and the little angel on my shoulder says "you better look up this hose on the Internet..." I read the text on the hose, it said among other things "TOC." Turns out TOC hose is Transmission Oil Cooler hose, not fuel line. It's "fuel resistant" but not to be used for fuel hose. If somebody put this stuff in their car, in short order it would leak, leaving that person on the side of the road, possibly with a car fire. For me, the phrase "crash and burn" would be the literal remainder of my existence on Earth.
These idiots know nothing of what they are selling you. Do not expect to get what you ask for. They almost killed me.

I came here to buy new wipers for my car, and I had no clue which size I needed and how to take off the old wipers. Shelby was an angel sent from above. She recommended the best wipers for me and even went outside to help me install them. That's the best customer service! Appreciate your help,Shelby, and I believe when you have employees like Shelby Autozone is doomed for success! Thank you once again!

I typically don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so as I sit in the AutoZone parking lot at 9:15pm. Our car had a faulty battery, and Janet and her colleague went above and beyond to test the battery, catalytic converter, and alternator.Janet even assisted us after hours, which was incredibly kind of her. We visit AutoZone very often, at least four times a week, and we have never experienced such exceptional customer service or assistance. Every AutoZone should have employees like them! Thank you so much for your help! Beyond grateful. Heroes of the night to get us home safely . Thanks thanks

Justin and Jay were amazingly helpful. My cargo van's battery needed to be changed. They tested the battery then recommended a replacement then loaned me tools so I could replace it myself. I had work tomorrow so I needed to complete it by tonight. 9:30 at closing.

Highly recommend Orilieys over Auto Zone. I’ve never had worse customer service before and it’s not just one location. They sit there and let phones ring over and over again and not answer them. They are extremely slow and don’t help customers in a timely manner. Orilieys is super quick and on top of it when it comes to finding what you need or where you need to go to get exactly what you’re looking for.
