Everyone we spoke with was very nice, polite and friendly. I'm not happy at all about new company policies. Annual fee covers roadside assistance. Travel services incur additional charges. Not worth it anymore. IMHO

Passport photos and international driver's license are available within 30 min. It is included in AAA membership, this is a nice benefit I forgot for a long time.

We stopped in to get international driving permits. Quick, friendly service. They do their job well. Nice selection of travel products from luggage to books to odds and ends, like electric adapters.

Triple-a Washington has gone to me 1 hour. And now it's been three, this is bullshit My wife and I are out in the rain and the weather. I feel like suing them. Plus they advise me if they take my car to the garage. And the garage can't fix it. I'm on my own, they won't reto my vehicle to my house. I can guarantee one thing I won't be re updating my membership. I have been a member for a long time, and I'm sure I'll probably have a few other people that will and their membership as well. After they hear my story triple-a is turned into a dam joke. I know it don't matter them to use, lose a few customers.

I respect AAA because I upgraded my membership but after going on a long, arduous road trip by myself (77 year old single woman) and finding they couldn't help me find a route that was less than 80 mph, and a budget motel, I asked them for a refund and they gave it to me.

We were there to get the international driver permits. The service was fast and hassle free given that you bring all that are required.

The free maps are always useful, but you can only get them during office hours.
