This is the 3rd time I have come to this place to get a pedicure. I always pay for the one that cost $55 and I never get the quality that I should be getting. The second time I went the girl literally didn't take her time and I was done in a half an hour. This last time I just went, the girl didn't even do my heels. I paid $55 and again I felt like this girl rushed through the pedicure. She didn't even give me the full pedicure nor do they do a good leg massage. Not to mention it was the day before New Year's Eve and the salon wasn't that busy. That should've told me something right there . What am I paying for? I will not be coming back to this place again

I went in for a walk in hoping to get a fill. Mind you, I called 10 minutes ahead to make sure they had time and we're available. I have been getting acrylic nails for over 5 years now, and have never had a worse experience. I walked in and was greeted nicely. However, after being hit multiple times with the electric grinder I gave up hope. Normally my fills take anywhere from 30-45 minutes. This fill took 15 minutes. All my nails are now lifting, the gel polish is chunky, and 2 nails are completely off. They lady also didn't ask me once if I liked the length, or shape of my nails. Completely feel like I just wasted $45 for a fill that has now turned into needing a full set replacement.

If you are looking for a good nail salon,this is not the place. One person took off my old gel polish with the sander type tool and gouged several nails so badly that the gouges show through the layers of new polish. Then I was passed on to another person who did a terrible job of putting the new gel polish on: the polish layers do not go to the sides and ends of each nail;! It looks awful as if a small child did it! Additionally, I am trying to grow my nails and asked both women to keep my nails as long as possible but both filed them down way too short as well as lopsided. The next day, after I showered, I noticed the gel polish was peeling off! This place is a disaster and a complete waste of time and money.

Thought I would give them a try. I will not be back. Pedicure was only so so. Went with $55 Pedicure and got the same as basic. Very unhappy.

I've been going to this nail salon on and off for years. They always do a wonderful job. I enjoy a manicure and pedicure here. Conveniently located and also they take walk-ins.

This is a great nail salon I had been going to Madison for years but they are not clean most of employees we're using there masks as chin straps and they are so loud and obnoxious 10 nails was a relaxing atmosphere and my nails and toes look awesome luv this place

I wanted dip and both nude colors I picked they were out of. Instead of taking them away she just put them back. I asked for no massage because I just wanted the nails to get all the attention. Instead of doing an amazing job on powder nail and pedicure, it was far from perfect. There was dry skin on my toes and nail polish on the skin part of my toe. They also don't offer nail kit, you need to ask or they will use shared files. I think the part that I disliked the most was when it was time to pay they have the lowest tip set to 20% as "good" instead of normal average tip of 15%. With her right next to me hovering I felt pressured into doing that option that even thought she def didn't deserve a $15 tip! I will not be returning for those reasons.

I use to come here years ago and stopped going after they "didn't have an appt for me" not once but two times. And then couldn't fit me in so I stopped going. Started giving it another chance recently, have been back 3 times now. Every single time when I have an appt and walk in The doors I don't get greeted yet anyone who walks in after me is greeted with hi how can I help you? Not once not twice but three times without being greeted. Then, the lady who has done my nails , who I tip $15, sits down grabs my hand and starts. Does not say hi how are you, nothing. Idk if it's a color issue they have, bc like I said any Caucasian person after me is greeted and seems to be treated nice. I use manners, thank them for their time, and I get treated less than. I didn't like one of my nails today and instead of fixing they say come back Monday we don't have time. I work as a nurse in this busy, short staffed pandemic Monday-Friday which is why I treat myself on the weekends. Needless to say, I will take my business elsewhere.

Came here Jenny and Kim are wonderful waxing pedicure. Clean place professional friendly relaxing environment and they use vegan products too!

Pedicures here seem to be hit or miss. I have had some ladies go above and beyond, with great pedicures and amazing massages. Yesterday's visit was not one of those. Unfortunately it was just "okay". Also, this morning my toe is red, swollen and I'm hoping not infected.

Just had both fingers and toes done, all within the space of less than one hour, if they can rush you through they do. This is my 4th visit, there will not be a 5th, it spite of the fact they are in extremely convenient location for me, well worth a little extra drive to find a better salon. The chairs are very uncomfortable, used the massage a on 3rd visit, suffered a sore back for 3 days after.
