I can’t say enough good things about this small business and the staff. Heather answers the phone quick and is so helpful. I had body damage that needed repaired from someone hitting me. Their insurance was State Farm and TACC is one of their preferred choices. I heard a few good things already and I’m so glad I chose them for getting this done. The same day I called (only to inquire) they had availability to do the estimate but they weren’t pushy at all. Heather worked directly with State Farm and set up my rental car so I didn’t have to do a thing. They were flexible, accommodating, accurate with their estimate, knowledgeable, generous, and kept me updated. The whole process was a breeze and done in like 2-3 weeks! Oh and my car looks good too. lol TACC staff went above and beyond for me and were great to work with.

I was very happy with my recent work at TACC. They went through the options (as well as the uncertainties) at the outset so that I could make an informed decision. They also finished the work well ahead of the promised date!

If we could give zero stars we would. The work was horrid, leaving us with a car in far worse condition than we brought it in. They left our car in an open area during the NW rain, now our car is full of mold and they removed far more parts than were necessary. They were rude and defensive when we chose not to have our repairs done . Front staff were rude and the manager echoed this in his behavior even being more rude. Would not send my worst enemy to this shop. If your insurance company offers this an option you would be better of going somewhere else.

This is ABSOLUTELY the body shop to go to in the PNW hands down! With the strikes going on and parts hard to come by, it took a long time to get fixed, but Stephen kept me as updated as they were on the situation, and the minute the part came in they needed, the whole team went hands on deck and finished a really big job in a tight timeline. I am so appreciative to everyone here, thank you for the beautiful work you did, and for taking every care with my families safety and our family vehicle. Thank you for going above and beyond for us!

I highly recommend this shop for amazing customer service and excellent collision repair services. From beginning to end it was an easy pleasent experience. Work was done ahead of schedule and my car looks brand new again.

Amazing people. So friendly and caring. They fixed my car beautifully. Steven was absolutely amazing walked me through the details and how they would fix it. I will definitely go back them for the service and highly recommend TACC to anyone that needs their car to get fixed right.

We had the front bumper on our Toyota. Sienna replaced. Unfortunately, the repair wasn’t done correctly, however, the new owners completely redid the repair at no charge and it looks perfect now. It was good to see them stand behind their work and make it right.

We had two vehicles go to that shop. It is supposedly a State Farm preferred shop. First of all the initial attitude was not pleasant. The one man, Wayne, has a terrible attitude. It took them five weeks to get our cars in for the repairs. The paint that was done was OK but as far as everything else. SMH. My sons car, which is a pristine Prelude, was treated terribly. I had to remind them that they need to stop dragging their feet getting in and out of both cars as they are leaving scuff marks. (let me also state that neither one of these cars are in deteriorated condition. (Both are meticulously maintained) One of the girls in the office screwed up the two claim numbers which had me calling Claims several times to elaborate on the situation. When we finally got the cars back, my son noticed that his "lip kit" aka as "front spoiler" was very loose. My son got on his back and looked under the front end to see several bolts missing to adhere that spoiler to the body of the car We went back to the shop, and they stated that one section of the spoiler was broken and there was no way to adhere a bolt to it... but there are other areas that are missing bolts as well that they could take care of. What they did was put two-sided, tape, which, by the way, they didn't even put on the side that they said was not able to take a bolt and tell us that the driver, my son, needed to be careful in case it falls off By this time, I am extremely irritated with the terrible service and called State Farm claims. They sent us to another shop which gave my son excellent service. And within 15 minutes of putting his car up on the hoist, they replaced all bolts that were missing and he was on his way. The shop could not believe the previous shop left the car in that shape. Please do not use this shop.

I came in with a problem told them someone thought ( thru a phone call ) that my issue was my rear axle causing the car to rattle and shudder terribly. I was scard to drive it to this repair shop but did after a previous nightmare experience ( against all my better judgement and gut feeling) and had them check my car out. He said the only way to diagnose the problem was to take him for a ride in my car. So I did. He said yes this is the axle. I drove home understanding the axle needed fixing… freaking out that the car shudder was getting worse every time I drove it. A neighbor came by that night and I asked him to look at the axle too see what the problem could be. First though, he checked my tires… one rear tire had all the lug nuts loosened one missing. The Manager of this repair shop and same guy riding in my car… NEVER ONCE LOOKED AT MY TIRES AS A POTENTIAL PROBLEM. HE JUST TOOK MY WORD IT WAS AN AXLE. I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CARS!!! I could have been in a FATAL ACCIDENT FROM THIS MISTAKE. I CALLED TO LET HIM KNOW THIS HE SAID THIS WAS NOT HID FAULT AT ALL!!DO NOT USE THIS PLACE THEY WILL UP YOUR BILL FIX THINGS THAT DONT NEED FIXING AND MISS LIFE THREATENING PROBLEMS AS IN MY CASE. THEY HAD ROTATED MY TIRES JUST A FEW MONTHS PRIOR. Did they not tighten these lug nuts completely? I have had other chronic problems with my car since they took over a month to fix my car previously needing to order parts that took almost a month to get in… ) and they said I’d have to drop the car off for the entire day and I’d need to find my own way home. For me that was a taxi. This place is a dump. DO NOT GO HERE!! YES THE MANAGER GAVE LIFE THREATENING CAR DIAGNOSES.

TACC is fantastic. They got me in quickly and guided me through the whole process perfectly. All I needed to do was drop my vehicle off.They made sure I had a rental ready to go and let enterprise know when to pick me up.They communicated well with updates and even finished ahead of schedule. They let me know before hand that it would be done early so I didn’t have to rush to pick up.Office staff was quick, efficient, and personable. They had all the paperwork ready to go before I walked in the door.As far as the body work is concerned it looks great. They even repaired several dings and scratches without me asking and they were not in the area of the accident damage. I hope I don’t need any more bodywork in the future but if I do I’ll be bringing my vehicles to TACC.Services: Painting
