As requested, I've tried to contact Stacy Adragna no less than 4 times in the last 3 weeks, shocker! No response. The response on this review is nothing more than lip services to make people reading the review think that Toyota of Olympia cares.... This dealership is just sad, they really bring discredit to the Toyota name.

UPDATE:So Stacy (Customer Relations Manager)said to give her a call to speak about my poor experience with Toyota of Oly and just as I was expected, I called was told to leave a message and she never got back to me. She doesn't really want to know how unsatisfied Toyota of Oly's customers are she just wants to show on Yelp that they are making an attempt to reach out in good faith and act as if they genuinely care. Stacy, if you read this, don't bother calling me back now, your inaction is your answer.

I have taken my Prius here for several years. I like the location, the employees, and the quality service. On my last visit, I was helped by Bob, who had an engaging personality and explained what services my car needed. I also had an opportunity to use their shuttle service for the first time to go to the grocery store and shop since my car wouldn't be ready for a few hours. Barry was the shuttle driver and was a delight to talk to. I feel all the employees I've encountered at Toyota of Olympia have been stellar; knowledgeable and personable. To me, they represent Toyota's quality services and fine reputation.Cynthia

Bought a car here recently. Treatment before the sale was fine. However, once the deal was complete, the tone changed and we were sent on our way without much help. We didn't get any education as to the cars functionality or controls. Plus, their added fee's and super lowball trade offers drops them down to just like every other greedy dealer. The final fail was when the license plates arrived. They took 14 days to notify us they were there and then, when we arrived on a rainy day, they handed them to us and wished us luck. Toyota of Olympia has ceased to be an option after this last purchase.

First time coming into this Toyota. Had to get several services completed. Was pleased with the advisor, Michelle, who explained things clearly and what's important for the next checkup as well gave a heads up on the pricing which is always appreciated. The tech and advisor were very respectful and friendly. Definitely will come back to this Toyota again! Plus they have a cafe inside which I thought was a nice bonus to an already great establishment.

So my negative review from a week ago gets even worse. Quick recap brought my 2009 Toyota Tacoma in for it's 150,000 mile check up, service rep says "no I'll save you some money let's do it differently" I said fine but please check for the high-pitched squeal I'm hearing, I asked him this two or three times. They had the truck for five hours and didn't check what the high-pitched was and charged me $1400, not really sure how he saved me money? When I picked up the truck and drove it I could immediately hear the high-pitched squeal took it back into the service rep who said "well we'll have to take it back into the technician and find out what's going on". Wtf? 2 1/2 hours later in the waiting room the service rep says "yeah you need a new driveline that'll cost $1500".HERE'S THE GOOD PARTI finally took it to a friend and as soon as I took him for a test drive, he said "no that's your differential" (wait a minute Toyota, on your little check sheet you checked that you looked at the differential). The new part cost $250 at Napa. He charged me $100 for labor and I tipped him 50 bucks. I didn't even need a new driveline.Toyota service manager did try to get a hold of me and I have tried twice to get back in touch with him but I'm done. They let me drive an unsafe vehicle which could've ended up in a catastrophic event he charged me $1400 which I didn't even really authorize and you were gonna charge me another $1500 for a part I didn't need. So bad.

I was a loyal customer. Was. The past 2 visit to Toyota of Olympia Service Department was it for me.I've purchased 4 cars from this dealership beginning WAY before their move to the Tumwater location. I religiously have all of my vehicles serviced there, even my Jeep Wrangler. There are a few bright spots in the service department (I can't recall all of their names so wont mention any of their names) but the "customer service" in general has gotten incrementally worse over the past couple of years.. The service advisors basically don't seem to give a rip about their jobs, they're doing us a favor just for coming in.2 visits ago, I brought in a Toyota Tundra that I purchased used. I simply wanted it gone through to see if it needed anything done. I also asked for an oil change. They charged me a $170 diagnostic fee. That's fine. No problem with that. I needed a serpentine belt and they said that my blower motor "needed brushes", therefore needed replacing. Another $300. Another $170 diagnostic fee (apparently, the first fee was for the belt). I commented that I thought it was ridiculous to have to pay multiple diagnostic fees for a single visit. Michelle (service advisor - one of the most patronizing Individuals I've ever met) acted like she was doing me the biggest favor in waiving the second diagnostic fee. I paid my bill and schedule the blower motor replacement. There is nothing wrong with the blower motor. It was operator (me) error. It was and is working as designed when used in conjuction with the re-circulation function of the AC/ventilation system. I canceled the visit. and received a call from Michelle on the date that I was supposed to come in. She apparently didn't get the notice that I'd canceled. I felt like I was talking to my Mother (RIP Mom). I decided that I was nearing my last straw with Toyota of Olympia.Today WAS my last straw. I ordered an OEM key fob and on advice from the vendor ("take the fob to a toyota dealership for programming") brought it in to be programed, was directed to the "Blue" or "Green" desk. I waited for a bit and was able to speak to a service advisor. He said that the cost of programming the fob would be $86.50 and that there was no guarantee that it would work. The fee was non-refundable. In other words, I could potentially be out $90 (inc tax) with a non-working fob. AND they couldn't do for an hour and a half. Thanks but no thanks.I will be purchasing a 6th Gen 4Runner when they come out in '2024/'2025. I will not be purchasing from Toyota of Olympia.Stay away from T.O.O. they used to be good. They are anything BUT good right now.

I bought my car from here and paid for the additional Toyota Care that they advertise for it. I made an appointment online for an oil change. You go in, and there's an hour wait time for appointments and an hour and a half wait for walk ins. I waited almost 2 hours for an oil change. After an hour, I went and asked what the point of an appointment is because I am waiting for so long? And he shrugged. I would not advise getting the Toyota care and instead just going to Valvoline. It is the same price when you calculate it all out and it takes 5 mins for an oil change there while here I spent 2 hours AFTER a long day at work simply staring at the wall while I waited and waited for them to get done.Edit: contacted the business manager below on Thursday and have not heard back at all.

I had a really positive experience at Toyota of Olympia, which is saying a lot, because I am someone who typically cannot stand car salesmen or their tactics. I can truly say they didn't try any tactics on me. I wanted a new Cross but knew stock was limited. I contacted them with what I was looking for and spoke to Trisha. She then emailed me each week with what new allocations they had incoming until I ultimately chose a white XLE. I placed a $1000 deposit to hold and the car was at the dealership within about 6 weeks for pickup.I called just about every dealership in the area and Olympia had the most competitive pricing by far. They offered no markup on the Toyota website-advertised MSRP. Other dealers had market adjustments over MSRP or tons of pricey add-ons.When it was time to go buy, TJ was great with helping me learn the car's features and get set up with the Toyota app. No one pushed me to buy anything extra. My only complaint at pickup was that there was a small plastic piece that was not installed into my bumper that should have been - I noticed a few days later. I texted TJ who was extremely helpful and told me where the piece could be found inside the car to try to install it myself. He also offered for me to go back for them to fix it, but it was super easy to click on myself. Trisha also made sure that they didn't drill holes for front plates for me, which was one of my asks. I only knock off one star because I hate mandatory dealer add-ons that you don't actually want to buy. I had to purchase brake-plus for an extra $400. Larson wanted $800 for the exact same product, so Olympia is still more reasonable. This was also the dealer add-on, where other dealers push/force you to buy much more. Olympia was the most fair I could find. I just think it's a scam. You can find the same part if you search "brake light blinker" on Amazon for $17.99. I understand the dealer likely has a contract with the company, but I think it's just a cash grab and wish dealers would give up on stuff like this. Overall, I'd recommend anyone in the market for a new Toyota to go to Toyota of Olympia over any other dealership in Washington, especially when buying new. I'd buy from them again any day and hope to work with them in the future.

The cost for a car battery for a Prius was $35 higher than the $200 quote. The cost for installation brought the total (unexpected) cost to $300. Service was good. The waiting area was comfortably warm and spacious enough for social distancing, even with a lot of customers. The staff provided updates as needed.

I was traveling across the country & got a flat tire on a Sunday. Everyone at the dealership were extremely helpful & got us back in the road ASAP. Thank you!

Worked with Brandon yesterday in buying a new 2023 Camry XSE. What are great guy and gentlemen. Although he was new to selling Toyota's he was very helpful and honest. He brought in a more seasoned salesman when necessary to make sure I got the best experience and all my questions answered. He took the time to address and entertain my little girls as we talked through the deal and financing. This was a very easy, no pressure experience. The dealership is in great shape and has a kid play area, restaurant, and attentive staff. I chose this dealer because of the larger selection of vehicles and they charge MSRP with NO dealer charge like so many other dealerships right now. One last bonus for me was that my salesman Brandon was veteran like me, and very respectful of my service. I would 100% recommend Toyota of Olympia.

What a joke! Came out of our way to pre purchase not one but two 2023 vehicles. First was told no deposit allowed and it was first come, first serve. Once we confronted the salesman on there was another Sequoia showing that had a pending sale, he let us know it was for the managers wife. When he found out we were interested in not one but two vehicles to purchase, the salesman said he would go see about being able to do both deals at the same time and take deposits on both. The next excuse was they will take a deposit on one vehicle but not the other because we are not residents of the county that Olympia Toyota is in!!! Well, not only did you lose not one or nonetheless two sales.... But you lost permanent customers off of a managers personal choice. Update.... To add insult to injury, by the time we made it home, the same manager that is purchasing a new sequoia for his wife but denied us from purchasing one that's still in transportation sends us an email ! It clearly was a copy and paste letter stating that he hopes they answered all questions and addressed all needs...... WTF?!?!

did mentioned that the car i wanted checked was something he wants for his wife... when I asked if we can do a test drive and what info he needs from me. He said nothing and then stated, am I there just to test drive or to buy. I then reply I won't drive 1.5hr just for a joy ride. Did the test drive. But you can tell its one of those feeling of being not wanting to be there...I even had to asked can we get to the freeway. And as soon as we get to the freeway. He asked me to exit on the next exit. This is where I asked.. im assuming the test drive is over? I then repeat my self again. He said thats the company test drive policy...as we drove back. He tries to be nice after I told him what I feel... really bad experience. A bad representation of a big company. As much as I wanted and ready to buy the car. My bad experience with this salesman is not worth reminding me the bad experience if I go back. BTW for the record, I've own 3 brand new cars and others this was not my first time do a test drive. But this is my worst experience.
