Do not buy from this place if you are paying cash. First of all I made a purchase for a necklace and earing set for my grandmother and payed using part cash and part card. Come to find out she didn't like the set so when I go to return it to the store the manager insisted that she could reimburse my card for part of what I payed but didn't have the cash part of it to give back to me but could either mail me a check for the difference or I could come back a different day. After 45 minutes she decided to open the register and give my the cash part back. She then had me sign a return receipt at which she didn't even give me a copy of but took a photo of and texted it to me. When I got it on my phone it was cut off at the top. I did escalate it and have filed a complaint to corporate.

This place is trash! Added over one thousand dollars in some "fee" if u don't pay by a certain date yet everytime I called I was always on track with payments and never missed one. I just paid them 1k last month to only see a higher balance this month. FYI. They mark up all their jewelry as well. They will say it's half off. I took all my jewelry from there to get it appraised. Worth 1/3 of what I paid. Definitely a place of shady business practice....an extra 1k....that's crazy to me...I hope that someone sees this and I can save them the trouble. I have had great experience with Fred Meyers jewelry. This place ain't it.

I bought a ring and love the ring on yesterday and the person who sold be the ring entered in the wrong SKU number and charge me for the wrong ring. I left the store and received an email receipt for a royal Asher ring but I wanted the Neil lane and left with the Neil lane ring. After I realized a mistake I bought the ring back out of concern that the Representative, who sold me made a mistake the representative took the ring back and said that I would have to give her 327.29 but I didn’t make the mistake, and she took my trade In I’m so disappointed. I should have left and never return, because she rang up the order Wong I just did want any trouble. She said it was so much back and forth but we only looked a 2 rings out of my wish list and she just wasn’t paying attention and I’m the one disappointed.

Had the best customer service from Jessica. I lost my original wedding ring years ago and had a hard time deviating from the look of it and I found a ring I absolutely loved and matched it with a beautiful double band as well. Had it resized and soldered and back on my finger within 10 days! Very happy customer and would recommend them 1000 time! ❤️ Thank you KaYs!

Kyler is an absolute pleasure to have assist you, he’s very calm and collected and just wants to make sure your trip is well accounted for. This specific location has wonderful staff that will like to lead you in your price range and just make sure their customers are satisfied. Will be visiting again

Very disappointed with the diamond ring purchased in July 2020 for $600+. Diamond fell off within 18 months. They asked $300+ to repair one diamond. Asking to upgrade for $1200+. How can I purchase another ring when they have very poor quality. Very unethical and no empathy towards customers. Felt cheated. Please do not buy anything from @kayjewelers.

I want to relay to the potential jewelery shoppers out there to never buy from kay jewelers at any locations. This advice comes from a recent purchase i made and then my wanting to return the items . My purchase was for a ring and a necklace totaling just $229.00 after tax. Ive gone to return these items 3 times in person and several phone calls to local kay jewelers and one today to corporate in akron ,ohio. Each time ive been told that they did not have cash on hand, however i could return the item and recieve a check in the mail in 7-10 business days. So i call corporate and am told by the customer care rep that its policy not to keep more than $200 on hand. So in other words i will never be able to return my $229. ITEMS AT THE STORE FOR CASH because they dont allow more than $200 on hand. What a gross misrepresention of a so called return policy. They certainly had no problem accepting more than 200 dollars from me .But getting it back is like pulling teeth from a tiger. And to top it off the customer care rep hung up on me as i was asking questions regarding how i can get my refund done. Never have i ever experienced such lack of customer service. Unfortunately it seems to be the new norm in todays store/customer relationship. i will never spend a dime in a kay jewelers again, and will spread the word to others.

Asked about men’s rings and the staff didn’t even stand up. Just said I’d have to order online. Never stood up or offered other suggestions. Obviously didn’t want to sell anything at this store.

I came in to kays jewelers a little stressed and was expecting to be hounded to spend more than what I had in mind because that's usually what I have felt entering jewelers in the past. That was not the case at all. I was welcomed and pointed in so many helpful directions within my budget. I was able to find the perfect diamond necklace for my nieces sweet 16, and I even received a great deal. I had so much fun and felt so welcomed and comfortable that I applied for their credit card. I will definitely be back, and I hope to see Libby & Kathy next time. They made my experience perfect and had such great customer service, even through out the groups of people that arrived during my visit. Love those ladies And my niece LOVES her necklace

Kathy is so amazing. She is so helpful, understanding and seriously just wants you to be happy with your jewelry. If you get something your not happy with she is so helpful. She really goes out of her way to please you and make you happy.
