This is my second year having Jackson Hewitt do my taxes at this location and the best part is having Tiffany as my tax professional . She’s amazing she makes sure no rock is unturned and that you don’t question whether or not your taxes were done correctly. And that's such a relief at an already stressful time. I have had Tiffani do my taxes the last couple years and she has done amazing getting me the most I could back! One year I tried doing it myself and made myself owe money and Tiffani redid it and got me money back, last time I'll ever attempt my own taxes haha. She is a very upbeat happy person I'll always be coming to her! If your wanting someone to do your taxes go through her!

What can I say about this location? I’ve been blessed to be the main tax preparer at this location the last 2 years. I love my clients both new and returning. Having the capabilities to file for friends and family across the country with the JH remote filing allows me to offer additional services to people who can’t just get into their car to come see me. Our area managers are a cut above the rest. They are very supportive and are available nights and weekends and outside our general office hours. This has been a fantastic firm to work for. I’m looking forward to having another tax season with JH.

We had Tiffani prepare our taxes last week at the Tulalip Walmart location and she was amazing. I highly recommend going to see her. She is very knowledgeable and will help you maximize all your deductions. Go see her, you won’t regret it!

I had the pleasure of working with the wonderful Tiffani! I made the mistake of showing up half an hour earlier than scheduled, but she was very welcoming and told me to have a seat. Throughout my appointment she was very informative and clear, made sure we were on the same page, and was just nice to talk to. Tiffani was funny and got along great with the other employees. Her bubbly attitude made a little kiosk feel more comfortable, even with all this covid stuff going on. Getting my taxes done was a breeze and I will definately be retuning and telling my friends who to go to. Thanks!

Oh my goodness...Tiffani is so great! I am new to filing taxes and she was so nice and took so much time to explain everything to me and get a good refund for me. I hope she is here next year and if she is not I will find her lol, she is really amazing seriously. Thank you Tiffani and however is her manager she needs a raise for real.

I went to Jackson Hewitt and had my taxes done for the first time by Tiffany Mondares-Riggs. She made the process quick and stress free, all the while maximizing my return amount. Tiffany was very professional and knowledgeable about deductions, what I could claim and she answered all of my questions. felt like I was in very good hands (no tax jail for me). I truly thank The Lord thy God that He guided me to Ms. Tiffani of the Tulalip branch. Tiffani was great and helped me understand my taxes a bit more. She was very professional and kind. Shes great to get along with and my appointment didnt take much time at all. However, I will say call and make an appointment rather than a walk in, it will save you more time. Thanks for the great work, I highly recommend her and will be returning :)
