Tiffany has done my taxes the last two times and my son's this year. I have known her for a long time and she made getting my taxes done less stressful. I lost my husband last March and doing taxes for the first time as a widow was one of the hardest things to do. Tiffany is great at her job and I would recommend her to all my friends.

I have been going to a different well known tax preparation service for many years and decided to try out Jackson Hewitt Tax Service , and I am so glad I did! Tiffany at Tulalip rocks! She was very professional and thorough, and as a result, she identified an error made on my last two returns and I will be amending them for an additional refund! Thank you so much!

I have had Tiffani @ Tulalip file for me 2 years in a row now. I used to go to a CPA but no longer. Tiffani has my business for good. She goes above and beyond and I trust her with my taxes 100% even if I do have to pay, LOL. I’ve referred her to multiple friends as well.

I had a very complicated return this year and Jackson Hewitt Tax Preparer, Tiffany @ Tuilap, went above and beyond to take care of me. She escalated my issue to get me the best support possible and ending up saving me 20k on my return. I’m thoroughly impressed with the service provided and I’ll be a return customer for life. If I could give more stars I would. We were those typical customers that procrastinate, waited until April 15th, to not only do 2022 but we needed 2021 done too.. After walking into a competitor and having the woman behind the desk be very grumpy and rolling her eyes as well as huffing very loudly at us and treated as if we were idiots because we waited till the last minute, listen we know we were last minute and we were willing to take the next available an appointment but she acted so rudely that we wound up walking out. So then we called Jackson Hewitt Tulalip but hung before they answered as we found one closer to our house, set an appointment for 1pm the next day. Just to get a return call to our missed call from Tiffany at the Tulalip location, she said she could get us in at 830p that night, I could not see making her stay that late so we declined. She called back 20 minutes later and said her 2p cancelled can you make it, of course we can.We arrived and she was finishing up with her client and the computer decided to have a mind of its own,, so she wound up running a little late. She was able to file our taxes from 2021 and 2022 in about an hour or so. Tiffanys attitude was absolutely best, customer service was spot on. To experience someone who is in an industry nobody likes either because of politics or the fact they may have to pay taxes, she kept smilingand engaging with her customers. Everyone needs to understand that this is a process, and sometimes appointments run longer than expected, so to Jonah why did you one star, you should change it, Tiffany is very communicative with customersthat are waiting. TIFFANY GETS MY EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR AWARD. See you in 9 months Tiffany.

Tiffany's helpfulness did not go unnoticed this weekend. She helped my wife and I not only complete our 2022, but sis our 2021 without beating us for procrastinating. On top of that she us fast. Thanks Tiffany we will see you in January 2024.

Gotta give this place 5 starsI was helped by a lady named Tiffany and I had a stressful tax return and she made the process so easy . She made the tax process in 2023 so easy for me I would suggest anyone to go to her. I would call her the text wizard
