This is one my favorite stores in Seattle Premium Outlet. They usually have the best Cole Haan deals. Plus if you sign up with an email you can get 10-15% extra discount. They are one of the few stores that have student and military discounts and let you combine all of them.The product turnover is a little low. You would see the same shoes you used to see 5 years ago. But still, if you’re a cole haan fan and want a good deal on shoes that are comfortable take a visit here.Staff have always been nice and friendly.

My husband is a school teacher(and a runner with bad feet) he is on his feet all day and so we needed to find him some quality shoes!I want to give a big shoutout to Oddessy, the professional sale associate, that helped us pick out two pairs of the most comfortable shoes that he has ever owned.She is wonderful, helpful associate. She is an asset to this business. Thank you for helping us find the perfect shoes!

I just wanted to praise this store and their manager there. I had the biggest headache with a pair of shoes that got lost in shipping. I got the run around from so many people BUT when I finally talked to Jerry he helped me so quickly and was able to make things right for me. I appreciate his time and patience handling my issue. What he did was CUSTOMER SERVICE and great customer service I might add. Thank you!

I was pretty disappointed in the manager there. Behind the counter in sweat pants, making the customer and the employees feel rushed. The sales associate who helped us was kind and helpful her name was Lauren. The main reason for the 1 star is simple genuine customer service from the manager is a must. I work in retail and I have for many years. I highly suggest if you work in a store that sales upper end items that you dress the part and not rush the customers.
