I bought my first pair of Clark’s shoes thinking that they were well made but after a couple months of wearing the shoes; I found the tread was soft (maybe foam material) and was showing significant wear. In addition the tread glued on the front of the both shoes are beginning to show signs of separation. The stitching and insoles are holding up well but if the tread wears out quickly it will render the shoes with a short life span. For these reasons it will be the last Clark shoes I will buy for me and my family.

If I could give more than 5 stars for this store, its amazing employees and the over the top service I received today, I would! 11/10 ! I needed to make a return or exchange and I had the best support to get set up. I was helped with finding any sizes for the shoes I was returning and she searched for a possibility of any others similar in the back stock room. We had a good laugh looking for shoes and chatting. Absolutely lovely, I will be back to look for shoes again come the season change because the atmosphere & costumer service was outstanding. (I didn't catch her name but on my receipt says Kelly, so shout out to her! She's awesome!)

Took my wife and kids into the store because my parents and I have been life long fans of Clark's and received some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered anywhere. We had placed a pair of shoes on hold till end of day and returned an hour later to be told the shoes were put away already. The lady did not apologize and handed me the shoes. The kids were high energy and the lady kept ignoring other customers to keep reminding us to keep the kids still. I devoted my attention to keeping the kids calm only for her to continue to rush us out of the store. She was so rude that when we left the store she slammed the door shut with 45 minutes left until close. I returned and asked to speak to a manger she said her name was Tatiana and she was one of the managers, When I shared with her we were upset with the poor service she said the kids were chaotic, I kept them in place and she said "No, you didn't" effectively calling me a liar to my face. She clearly hates her job and hates people I don't understand how a brand like Clark's can have someone like that tarnish their reputation and burn bridges with lifetime customers. When I told her I would be making a complaint about her she said do it. Like she was assured no consequence would come out of it. Shameful. This was Just yesterday on Saturday April 22.

I needed help finding my size. I walked up to Kelly asking for help and she rolled her eyes and pointed me in the direction where they store the size 7 shoes. She then said if you don’t see it out then we don’t have it. She turned her back to me and continued talking to one of the other ladies. After a few minutes of not finding my size… I asked again. Can you please help me find my size in this? She went looking for it. And said she would check the back room. As she is walking to the back room. I followed so she could hand me the shoes. I can hear her talking badly about me stating that I probably cannot afford the shoes anyway. Admittedly I looked a little rough. In sweats and a baggie hoodie. No makeup on. I left. I love the shoes. But I’m sorry to say that the bad customer service has ruined it for me. I will not be shopping at this or any Clark’s store ever again. I’m not sure why you as a company would hire someone that is so rude and unprofessional. My suggestion is get rid of her before you lose more customers.

The hours said till 6pm, we came at 5 and they said already closed. People make plans based on the times posted. Very very rude ad inconsiderate service.
