Zero communication if you order online.Response: No one contacted me requesting my correct email, my email did not change, so I am a bit confused regarding the response. I had to contact the Tukwila office to even see if I had an order. I ordered last month (25th) and had not heard anything via email so I called on the 4th to cancel but was told that my order was shipped that day (the 4th) so we are going through with the order, but had I not called I would have not known what was going on. I also had to call today the 8th to get a tracking number as no email was sent to me to let me know anything, I was just told verbally that the order shipped from the customer (?) on the 4th. Again, zero communication unless I contacted that office. But no worries, we are getting the product we need and won't bother them again as she seemed indifferent regarding our order. Thanks! Oh, and we had bought this same product many years ago, and had no problem with it and that is why we were returning customers. The product was failing due to normal wear/tear not for any other reason. But not knowing if we are getting the product or if it is ordered or who/what/when/where why is a bummer. Also, cannot leave a VM.

My most recent trip into Six Robles Inc to exchange a hub for my trailer for one that isn't so commonly used or stocked anymore. But one of the ladies behind the parts counter went out of her way to tack down the hub I needed to get my trailer back on the road as fast as possible so I can finish my haul. She didn't have to make all the calls to their buyers and vendors to get my little part, but she did!She got my post delivered quickly and I thank her and the other gentleman for their exceptional customer service! You don't find many people anymore that actually go above and beyond to do their job the best they can, people just work for a paycheck anymore. They just punch in and only do minimal what's required of them (some doing even do that) and punch out to go home. Thank You Six Robblees' for your excellent customer service! From a customer for life!

I Ordered Alcoa wheels from them and waited 9 weeks and never got a call back once to my many inquiries. So Went online to someone else, and wheels were shipped and received in one week. Terrible place to try and buy alcoas

Terrible. I went there to pick up an order that was said will be Ready to pick it up, and the order wasn't ready to pick up like they said.Took a long time to bring all the parts. When I got back, my mechanic could finish the job because it was not complete all the parts parts.

Forget about trying to order parts through them, I worked with Kathy and she did zero. I sent her an email describing exactly what axles I wanted to order, she mentioned she would give me a quote within 24-48 hours. Followed up multiple times, she is not customer service driven. It always felt like I was annoying her by checking on the order. Ultimately she never followed up, I am so glad I didn't just contact those guys because I would have never received my parts and lost weeks trying to even just get a quote. Zero !!
