Great experience. I'm a return customer from 2 years ago. They've got a wide selection, and a super helpful and friendly staff. This time I bought the queen prodigy mattress 50SPromat. Staff was so friendly and knowledgeable! Carlos was super helpful and guided me through the purchasing process with ease. Worst experience ever!! The best advice I can give to anyone is to avoid this place at all cost! They are liars! They do not coordinate to give you the price that was agreed on! I had 3 people with me who heard the sales person give me a price, and this price was not honored. What a hassle! These people are not to be trusted! So happy we were able to purchase the same mattress from Macy’s!

We wandered in to mattress depot while shopping for a new mattress and got amazing help from Carlos, who listened to our preferences, asked us lots of questions about what we were looking for and then helped us through the bakeoff between different models. Carlos' depth of knowledge and approach we're refreshing, so if you're looking for a new mattress you should give this place a shot! He turned a normally long and boring process into a real pleasure.

I was in need of a new King size mattress. The sales process went well but the delivery sucked. They gave me a two hour window and still showed up past the time promissed. They also did not bring all of my purchased items to my home thus requiring another trip to the store. I complained to the manager and he said sorry. They should have delivered everything purchased or made another trip with all purchased items. Very poor customer experience.
