There is no ATM at this location. I drove out to make a deposit after hours only to find that after many months, the place is still under construction, and the bank is being run out of portables. I looked at the reviews and tried to find information online or on the app about whether there was an ATM, but no luck. Now I have to go even farther to another branch. For the longest time the one in West Seattle had a lock around the door so you couldn’t use the ATM at night because they were waiting for a part. But it is fixed now. There was no way to find that info online either. I love this Bank, but there are not as many locations around as I wish.

Young and black MANI didn’t think my check was legitimate kept referring me to other branches or sayin she might not have it girl next to her was helping her up until that fake phone call that no one of course answered a waste of my lunch even questioned why I was in the area while I was clearly in uniform and it smells like a ruptured septic tank inside

Great bank with great people....the way banking used to be. I switched from the big guys B0A and Chase and never looked back. Bob the branch manager is a great guy and will take amazing care of you

One teller waited 15 minutes no one acknowledges you teller chit chatting with one customer for 15 minutes.

If I could give 10 stars I would. We are using homestreet bank for our new construction mortgage and our lender Michael Manthey has made this process so easy. His customer service is exceptional and we can't thank him enough. These people will work for you to get you the best rate and they actually care! We have worked with other lenders in the past but none live up to the service I have received here!

Awesome bank! Very personable and highly recommend!! Best bank in town. Autum is very professional and very pleasant to deal with and Jim was very welcoming and nice.
