I canceled our membership 2 weeks after we started staying home because of covid-19 but I'm high risk so we stopped going in February. They charged $50 I asked if we could have the money back but we've been credited. Which is fantastic. Yet we need the money now and haven't been able to use the place. It's closed. On 2/22 they let someone use our membership to come in. I was told from Leah my little signed in. My little is 4 yrs old and the day we're talking about she was home with me, he dad was working overtime. Whoever used my kids login wasn't checked, and neither was the adult with her. I'd just like the $50 refunded so we can pay some bills in this glorious pandemic. Can't happen. The single star just isn't this interaction. The 1 Star is because once they rebranded from flying circus which we went regularly. Half of the stuff (zip line, and the high jump isn't open when we go, then we have to ask to open it up like the signs say and sometimes it takes an hour) I'm chubby so 90 mins of cardio isn't my thing, but if they're talking safety as to why things aren't open than why do they let people in using others memberships without checking?

A trampoline warehouse. I mean trampolines everywhere. They have a few obstacle courses, dodgeball area, basketball, rock wall, foam pits and a zip line. They also have the balance beam fight which reminds me of gladiator. It's pretty freakin cool. This place is a great way to let the kiddos burn off thier ENERGY. Adults can jump as well. Its always fun to be a kid again.

Great place for kids with lots of energy to burn it off! So much to do! My 20 months has so much fun! There's enough room so no one is hogging up one stop! I love that fact because he can jump without having to fight the older kids. I was very surprised got well mannered all the kids there was. They let my son cross over the trampoline without fussing and was very Careful when he was around! So impressed! There are lots of activities for kids of all age! There is a rock wall that was pretty awesome that my husband liked!

Great place for kids to run and jump and burn off energy. I do wish the companies that keep switching owners would get a better tree checck in system. Waiting in line for 30 minutes to just check in is ridiculous. Even birthday party check ins a chaotic when it's a planned time and number of people. Kids love it so we've come back 3 times on rainy days.

Over the holidays, I took six (yes, SIX) kids/tweens here for some indoor fun - make sure you grab tickets on Groupon! I was pretty nervous babysitting the whole crew by myself, but it ended being great. DEFY has an open layout that makes it easy to keep track of gang and lots of staffers roaming around. I was so impressed with how helpful and friendly all the staffers were despite the hoards of rowdy kids and loud noise. The big hit with my gang was the trampoline dodgeball towards the back - there's a ref, but all the 30+ kids were good sports and that's what made the games so fun. If you're not participating, you don't need to buy a ticket. They'll wristband you and you can go on the mats to watch your kids or sit on their couches. There's plenty of lockers to safely store your things as well. My only complaint is how long the process to check-in is. There's only two computers to fill out waivers and one was broken, so there was a huge line behind one with no staffer to help out. Then you have to go to the ticketing booth to scan tickets, get wristbands, and buy grip socks. I would definitely allow yourselves 30 minutes before getting on the mats. All in all, this place is awesome, and such a cost-efficient way to get kids exercising and having a good time offline. Highly recommend!

Took my boys here for the first time. I was afraid that this place would be packed with people and the kids would not have fun. Boy was I wrong! This place is huge and the kids had a blast. There was a lot of people yet it didn't feel like it. The kids had so much fun they didn't want to leave. This is a great place to have them release all that extra energy. Great place for birthday parties too. We will be coming back. Nothing bad to say about this place.

Bought a groupon for 2 and we brought our son who is only 16 months old. I know he wouldn't be able to do alot but we wanted him to get some energy out and run around. He absolutely enjoyed himself running and hanging on to the swing bars and almost jumping. My hubby had more fun and almost threw his back out. But that's life. The staff was informative about the procedures on how to reserve a time slot and the rules regarding bracelets and time allotted. I bought another groupon so we can go again since its winter and everything outside is wet or too cold. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who has kids and needs to get them out for some exercise

This is an overall fun facility for young and old to keep active and burn off some energies and calories in a fun way. From trampolines, foam pool, slides, zip line to swings, lots to keep everyone entertained. The only suggestion would be limiting admission by time slot, so that it won't be overly crowded. The facility looks clean and well maintained. Seems to have enough staff on site.
