I was helped by Fernando and he went above and beyond trying to get me the right shoe in my size. It wasn’t easy because I have a big foot and there were some out of stocks. But he was really patient and helpful - come here and see him for your shoes!!

I want to thank Mari and NB guy Mohammed for their help today. I never like going shopping for things I NEED. Today, these guys made my shopping experience so easy. I asked for what I wanted, and they showed me what they had. I'm a very difficult person to deal with when it comes to this, but the selection made it easy to decide. I'm very ?. Thank you!

Staff very friendly and helpful but the store is always sold out of everything try to go there first everytime but they never have anything in my size my son's size we just go there to torture ourselves with shoes we'll never be able to get unless we pay 3x or 4x what the retailed for and at those prices I'll just go buy some Gucci sneakers or something like that Jordans are being made cheaper and cheaper but they keep charging more and more I have pairs 12 13 years old that are still in decent condition and I've seen the re-releases of them and they look like garbage and don't last 2 years stitching is shot not worth it

Took my sons to Champs Sports store today to buy them some shoes. There was lots of helpful store employees, but one very bad (female) apple who was dishonest about me getting a printed receipt. Maybe it's the store policy. Because our overall experience was good, I'll leave y'all 4-stars. However, a little more improvement needed in customers service...
