Great service and repair but….if you are scent sensitive, you might want to tell them. I didn’t expect to pick up my car with it reeking of some kind of heavy cleaner. Despite my car not being clean. I got a raging headache from whatever this is within minutes. Now I can’t drive my car. And it’s raining so I can’t air it out. Please ask if customers want this.
Editing: reducing rating. 2 days later and it still stinks. Worse, there are small scratches in numerous locations, including tint on rear window and paint around car. Sure, fast. Great. And the repair looks fine but seems to be careless otherwise. I’m glad I’m not a big car person or I’d be very upset.

The staff is professional and courteous. The repair is flawless and finished ahead of schedule. They networked with my insurance company and the car rental company to make everything as seamless and painless as possible. I would definitely recommend them. 5 Stars.

5 stars! They got me in immediately and had my car done in a matter of days despite needing several panels and the hood painted! All staff are very kind. Couldn't ask for a better shop.

Awesome job. My daughters car was damaged in a rear end collision. She lives on the tip of the Olympic Peninsula and not only must have her vehicle for her daily needs but also had no repair facilities near her. We took it to Pacific Motors who not only communicated well throughout the process of repairing the vehicle but also turned it around very quickly so the impact to her was minimized as much as possible. Very happy with their service.

I had mom's Toyota repaired here and they did a perfect job. I'm very fussy about my cars and was very pleased with the work. Staff here are friendly and professional.

We were recently rearended and USAA highly recommended PMC. We received great customer service, a high quality of repair, and the work was done on time. They couldn't have made the damage disappear or look any better. They have earned our future business, if we ever get in another wreck.

Very happy with the job done on my Rav4. Very professional and friendly staff. From the minute I talked to front desk (Diane and Monica)they treated me with respect. Bobby was the main reason why I decided to work with pacific Motor Company. He's so professional, patience and friendly. I went to 2 other places before I decided on this place. The other 2 places treated me as if they were doing me a favor by me giving them my car to fix. Bobby was so patience, friendly and listened to all my concerns. They looked in to every single detail.
