I don’t recommend going to this location unless you want them eating your money away. I’m not sure what this guy name was but he was a middle age Indian man that was quite rude when helping us yesterday. We were trying to transfer all the stuff that was my brother’s old to his new phone he got from Amazon and they said that we needed to buy phone insurance which would be 12$ a month so that when we break the phone or lost it, they will recover that. It doesn’t make sense for us to buy phone insurance when we didn’t buy the phone from metro, we brought it from Amazon but the guy kept telling us to buy it so we did. The guy then ask if we wanted to still pay for hotspot and offered to take it off if we didn’t want it and so we took it off and would be only be paying 120$ a month for metro cellular plan. My dad felt like there was something off about everything. After our visit here, my dad looked at his phone and saw that he received multiple message from 611 where it said there changes to his account shown in the images I provided, which is so unnecessary. Like what was that guy trying to do? My dad then called customer service for help the next day. It turns out that we were right about not needing phone insurance because we didn’t even buy the phone from metro!!! We also found out that we can still have hotspot and only have to pay 100$ a month and only customer service can take away hotspot from our metro plan. I’m so glad that my dad called customer service and not let that guy get away from overcharging us.
Before this incident, I came to this location in February because I wanted to buy a new phone from metro and I wanted the iPhone 13. The guy who was there at the time was the same guy I talked to yesterday and he said that they didn’t have that phone at the moment and told me that I should buy the 12. I told him that I didn’t want it and he kept insisting I should but I literally said no ?. Then he said he’ll have someone bring the iPhone 13 to this place but before that I have to pay. He told me that the total would be 900 and something dollar including taxes which is crazy expensive for 256 GB and we’re not a new member. I did not want to pay that much and I don’t think the iPhone 13 should be that much so I told him I didn’t want it anymore and as I was leaving he asked me again if I want to get the iPhone 12 when I already said I didn’t want it!!!! I ended up buying a iPhone 13 Pro with 512GB on Amazon which was refurbish for about 600$ including tax and it’s working fine.

Walked in and immediately noticed how fricken hot it was. Almost couldn't breathe kind of hot. Anyhow the woman that helped didn't seem too bothered and before ya know it, I'm out the door...brand new phone with a case in my hand and smiles on my face. Thank you again!!! Go check out this location. I hope your experience is just as pleasant as mine was.

Used to be a great store but has gone down hill all the lady's working there are rude and act like they're to busy to help you even tho they are standing around doing nothing especially Wendy she was so rude and not helpful at all when I went into the store

Called the 7036 Pacific Ave location to ask them for help with my son's phone and they said bring it in and when I got there the young lady with long curly hair seemed too busy on her own phone and told me she couldn't help me I had to buy a new phone so I resolved my issue today for free through Samsung itself so for everybody out there never deal with T-Mobile if you own a Samsung just call Samsung yourself for free!!!!!!

They lie to u so they don't have to work. They don't have any idea what there doing. They said they don't sell my style of phone no more so they can't or will not fix the one I have. I have an upgrade but they can't do it at that store.

Funny's customer service was Excellent, super friendly and very knowledgeable about how mobile phones work.
He answered all my questions. I am a metro pcs customer who is very satisfied with the service.

The only cell phone provider where you pay for a service. Get your information hacked/hijacked and they refuse to uphold the corporate "Metro promise" to give you a new phone or your money back. Only to tell you that you shouldn't have been given that information by customer service. Talk about great customer service... ??? Never again.
