It was a good experience and they did really good work. I brought a vehicle in that I was selling and I needed detailed and they made it look as close to new as possible. After that I brought my new car for them to tint the windows and came out great for a reasonable price. I'm planning on bringing in my truck to have it detailed soon as well. This will definitely be the place I use for all my vehicles as long as they're around.

Tried calling 7 times in 2 days. Told only Shop Manager knows if they can do the work on my car. They put me on hold/transfer and it kicks me off. Called back and explained the issue. NOPE.Guess they don't want my business

So I dropped off my new Lexus NX Hybrid SUV to this Autowork and overall, they took great care of my car. The only downside I will say was the communication breakdown. I got done on my vehicle, the PPF full front, Ceramic Coating, and Window tinting on the front two windows (driver and passenger) to MATCH the factory tint on the rear windows. The guy said,"Sure we will do that." So I get my car after three days because understandably, it takes one day to apply the PPF for the full front plus the window tinting, second day to apply the ceramic coating and the ceramic coating will cure overnight to the third day. I get my car with the window tinting NOT MATCHING the rear factory because it needed to be close to "legal." If he couldn't match the front two windows with the rear window, just COMMUNICATE THAT TO ME. I said MATCH. DO NOT TELL ME YOU "TRIED TO MATCH IT" AFTER YOU'VE DONE THE JOB. Like call me picky but just be HONEST with me if you're not able to do the job. If I requested as a customer to do a certain service LET ME KNOW IF you're able to. And with the rest of this review, this is not the Autoworks fault but my new car I picked up from the dealership had already swirl marks on the body (front doors, rear doors, and tailgate). When the PPF was applied to the front (hood, bumper, fender flares), chef's kiss, no swirl marks and even the PPF application was quality. But there are still swirl marks on the body of the car even though that area is suppose to be applied with ceramic coating. I thought that before application of ceramic coating, a car's clear coat paint is suppose to be compounded? But idk, I still need to do more research. So this is not the Autoworks fault, I would just make sure that your brand new car has no swirl marks from the dealership's stupid car wash machine, cough cough, that's you Lexus of Seattle.

My experience with Lucent Auto Work was amazing completely happy with the service and everything over all ! I had to reschedule my appointment last minute and they were flexible and professional. My car was a huge mess very embarrassing it had been sitting for over a year and got water damage so there was mold everywhere ! Super gross ! They do a mold treatment which is over night treatment . I didn't know what to expect but let me tell you when I received my car back it was perfect !

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this auto detailing business. Their attention to detail far exceeded anything I've ever had done to our vehicle in the past. Clearly, they take pride in their work performance. When the job was complete, the car looked like it just rolled off a new dealership's car lot! AND, the customer care was beyond reproach! This amazing staff was accommodating, friendly and personal. In short: Outstanding work! Outstanding quality! Outstanding Staff! Who could ask for more?

My wife and I had the Ceramic Pro Gold Package as well as the interior package applied to our Jeep Wrangler and Ram TRX. Mike made the whole process easy and we are very happy with the results. Had the opportunity to talk to the owner Jerry when we picked up the truck and it is clear that from the top down the team strives to provide great service to their customers. I would highly recommend this shop.

I was really excited for this deluxe exterior detailing, but I feel like they did the job done with minimum effort..I went in to get detailed because my new car had scratch on the side door, which wasn't even deep enough(cant feel it with nail). I asked them before if this will be gone, and they said they should be able to get it buffed out, but result is it still has the scratch. tbh, the car look the same as before..Services: Clay bar treatment

Great people, would come again here if I had to get my interior washed! You can count on them and if unsatisfied they will fix their mistakes which not many places will do

Couldn't have asked for a better job. I barely recognized my car when I went to pick it up. It looked like a brand new car! Great company. Great people. They took great care of me.

Not impressed with the work. There was a lot dirt and grime left over throughout the car. The trunk had not been touched at all. Mats had gum on them, which we didn't remember being there. In any case it came off easily with a little degreaser, so baffled as to why it remained. A couple hours of my own elbow grease and we got close to where it should have been when "professionals" with the right tools and equipment had it for the whole day. With such low quality work, there was no point in bringing it back for a "retry".

First time using Lucent Auto Work, but not the last. Had an interior detailing done on my vehicle and it's sparkling clean. Prices are more than reasonable. Customer service and timeliness of the work was fantastic. They even took care of some yellow road line paint off my exterior free of charge. So kind of them!
