I am a lifetime customer. I've bought from them since the early 2000s and will continue to do so. If they is a problem (there rarely is) they always are taking care of it. This last time I had a problem with one of their ceramic products and they took care of me.
I appreciate them being here and available. And in Tacoma, so nearby, lol!

Every first Saturday of the month from 8-10am, we go to Griot's Garage for Caffeine & Gasoline, a car show which has a specific theme monthly. Countless car enthusiasts come out to mingle and purchase the best products to maintain their investment and livelihood - their automobiles. Griot's is a top-notch place, and these monthly events are always fun. Much thanks to Guy and his knowledgeable crew!

The Griots Garage store is clean and neatly displays all of their truly amazing products! However, I have also found that the most professional and outstanding customer service comes from the women who work there. I don't want to assume gender, but who knows how to identify people nowadays. Anyway... they are very knowledgeable, understanding of the client's needs, and very friendly. Unlike men (I already explained the gender), they just seem annoyed and generally aren't willing to really help... I've encountered this treatment twice in the last couple of months. They seem to have that "too good/too cool to work here" vibe. Congratulations to the women who are truly making it in a male-dominated environment! ??

I've been using Griot's supplies almost since they began. Great products and they truly stand behind what they sell. Haven't been to the showroom here in Tacoma yet, but I've bought from the catalog for years.
I've tried other brands and products, but I usually come back to Griot's for something. Their stuff isn't inexpensive, but it works so well, you don't mind paying for it if you truly want to keep your car looking showroom condition.

One of the best companies to purchase products from that stand behind their warranty. I purchased a G15 polisher back in 2019 and the brush cover vibrated loose shooting one of the brushes out the side. I called Griots Garage in Tacoma Washington and another set shipped in the mail today ! Nicolas was very professional and amazing as I instructed him this polisher has lasted me almost 5 years as I purchased the newest model last week as well. Highly recommended company !

One of my favorite places in Tacoma: car shows, indoor displays that rotate, caffeine and gasoline with coffee and donuts the first Saturday of every month... A car care person's candy store.
