Worst school ever. Took my child to this school, he came back with non stop diarrhea. Third day he came home with bruises on forehead and on leg, says he fell but no one cared to report to me coz they didn't even know. I've watched the teachers, they don't watch kids during playtime they're busy on their phones while our kids hurt each other. I saw one 3 year old being dragged on the floor by an older child, no one came to the child's rescue. The teachers just don't care. They're there to kill time. You can't be a teacher watching kids and you're on your phone sitting down 99% of the time. Kids cannot take care of themselves that's why it's called daycare. Do not recommend at all.

I live behind this day care these kids scream all day long I once heard worker tell a little boy if you don't stop crying I will tell your mother to never come get you I swear under oath this is true I've also had to call over there and ask where they going to console a little boy that was crying for 2 hours like hyperventilating kind of cry

My kids went here for a few months in 2016. They absolutely loved it here. We were always pleased with staff and the up keep of the property.Wish we could have kept our kids here unfortunately we moved too far away.

My son has been going to this day care since he was 4 months old he is almost 3years old live everything about this daycare staff is amazing and caring to the kids. I would definitely recommend they are truly a blessing

I highly recommend Alphabet Pre-School & Daycare. Judy Ross (the Owner ) & her Directors ( Stephanie & Becky ) are amazing people.
The owner & Directors of Alphabet Pre-School & Daycare have been mentoring and assisting many other Childcare Centers in the area and have been providing excellent childcare for decades.
My wife and I also own a childcare center facility in the area, and we really appreciate all the support we received from the Owner & the Directors of Alphabet Pre-School & Daycare.

Love this daycare. My daughter has been there for over 2 years. The teachers and staff are just amazing. Worked with me for my daughters diet needs.. Always having engaging lessons and creative songs. She has learned so much from them it has been a wonderful experience after the bad daycare we were at.

June 2018: My 5 month old daughter has been here 2 months now and they are absolutely amazing! The staff is really knowledgeable, and they keep up with childcare training. I can tell they truely love kids in how they care for them. They have very proactive communication, good security (multiple doors - infants in back, cameras, staff watches around building), and they recently updated their shelving and toys. Planning on keeping my daughter here all the way through Pre-Kindergarten.
Update- Sept 2018:
My daughter is nearly 9 months and this place is still amazing. They recently deep cleaned, painted, and redecorated - including fresh outside toys. I love that they constantly work on improving and keeping things nice for the children. Easy to communicate with. They have picture days a few times a year and Parent’s Night out once a month (though I haven’t had the chance to utilize that for a date night yet, I appreciate the option).

My 2 yr old son attends the Pugent Sound location and I absolutely love this day care. I would recommend this location to anyone. I didnt Quite gets this vibe from the other locations. Everyone is always In a fantastic mood and smiling, as if they really do enjoy their job. You don't EVER see this. I truly am overjoyed about everyone's attitude in this location . People in the community need to know what a fantastic job this Pugent Sound location is doing. Thank you!!

This daycare is amazing. My son absolutely loves it here! Everyone is so nice and friendly and you can tell they are very family oriented. It's the first daycare out 5 that my son asks to go and is actually excited to go!
