My son has been at Alice’s Precious Jewels since he was 6 weeks old, he is now 8 and goes before and after school. My daughter is there now full time at 1 year old. I love the center and the staff.

Very unprofessional on how management is conducted at this facility. 0/10 recommend for anyone considering. Take your money and business and conduct it elsewhere. And wouldn’t give no advice on working here.

So glad that the nightmare of having my kids enrolled at this daycare is over. I feel sorry for Alice's staff as she is the most condescending person I have ever met and not just to her staff, but to parents and kids as well. My daughter was not changed for an entire day (we know because we have different patterned pull ups at home and when we picked her up her pants, socks and shoes were dripping wet so she was likely never even checked. When we first started we were told 6 pm was the pick up time and that is what all of our paperwork said. My wife gets off at 5:30 so it was perfect for us. When we dropped our kids off for their first day they told us we needed to pick them up at 5:30. She left work early to pick them up and Alice got upset with her for not picking them up before 5 which according to her has been their pick up time for months. We had our kids in there for about 2 months and any interaction with Alice was like this. Talking over you and not even listening to what you are saying and accusing you of being disrespectful . If you have ANY other options I would go with them. We found out that one of the other kids had broken their arm 3 hours before pick up and their parents weren't even called. He was sitting there with an icepack on his arm when she showed up to pick up her son.

If anyone is looking for daycare centers, DO NOT GO TO ALICE’S PRECIOUS JEWELS.My daughter went there this past week, and she came home with scratches on her stomach, one side of her face was VERY red, like someone slapped her, and they were not giving her her daily medication. She was coming home VERY distraught, wasn’t playful like she usually is, and just didn’t seem like the baby I had a week ago. When I asked about the medication, they told me “She’s too high needs and we can’t keep up with giving her meds.”This center has already been reported to the abuse number I was given by the state. But please, if you want someone to love and care for your children, do not take them to this daycare!(This is cross posted from a fb page, who didn’t feel comfortable saying anything publicly. #Save our babies #speak up)

I walked in here to do a tour and was absolutely disgusted. The children and the facility were dirty, at one point one of the toddler teachers was actively looking for a child because she "lost the little son of a gun" and was irritated. So glad I didn't, after I just read about an abuse case they recently had filed against them. Do not take your kids here.

Unfortunately after 18 months of having my son here, I have officially parted ways with Alice and her daycare. If you saw my previous review, it ended nothing like it started and it still makes me pretty upset when I think about.Long story short, Mrs. King is nothing short of a bully. She does not treat her employees well at all which I noticed more and more after being there. Her employees are paid once a month, minimum wage and must work a 10 hour day and take a 2 hour lunch to make sure the bare minimum coverage, if that, is in the facility. These teachers/ caregivers are whom we leave our children with and if they treated poorly, well they leave and/or do not provide our children with the TLC they need. Her numbers are over the limit and even when a child is disruptive or disorderly, she does little to fix it, that would be less money in her pocket. Sadly to say I had been looking for another place for quite sometime but finally pulled my child out when Mrs. King let a personal matter take over our business relationship.
