Made an appointment for preop and got there to be told they didnt have my pup scheduled and Im coming from Anacortes they said next appointment available was Oct 10th told them that was too far out they magically found a sooner appt
and rescheduled me for the 19th Sept I went in they told me they had Big set for 10th I requested an appt card to make sure. Called today to confirm for day after tomorrow to get told it was the 19th most places charge for missed appts but dont have to pay you for your gas and time when they do this to you and ypur pet

They have taking Great care of my dogs, great place to have in Stanwood without all the Hype from the wannabes Vets, Ill be there tomorrow morning with Millie the Wonderdog who drags her butt .

Always great service by the vet techs and Dr's. Great amazing care. Front staff has been a little difficult. But I won't go anywhere else they are great with all our dogs.

I'm giving them 2 stars simply cause they treated my paralyzed dog well when he was seen. But I'd rather give them 1 star after they've seen my other dog. I had asked for an allergy test 4 times... rather then recommending an allergist they just kept say well try removing this or this or this switch his food to salmon... which we did..this is what happened to his face in the picture.. it wasn't until we took him to a emergency clinic that the clinic was the one that suggested the allergist.. if affordable pet care had just said do this from the first time we asked we'd have avoided my dogs face swelling up they way it did... never going back.

I just received a text wishing my deceased pup a happy Birthday! How careless to not update your medical records! Below is my response to the text message I received this morning, nearly 10 years after her passing. From the reviews that have currently been posted, it does not look like much has changed! I would stear clear of this place!
I cannot believe you have not updated your records! Jessie died many years ago after a series of bad medical care decisions by your team! I was left sobbing in my car with my dying girl searching for someplace to help us after you treated us with no kindness or compassion! Northwest vet came to our rescue and euthanized her within the hour. You gave her proin without running labs, neglected to give a medication she needed. Released her back to us after having 10 teeth pulled before she could even walk or stand on her own! Shame on you for sending a text like this out! Thank you so much for making me re- live that horrible day!

Like the name says, it's a affordable veterinarian. The staff is friendly and professional. The veterinarian is knowledgeable and good at what they do. I drove here from the Snohomish area because all the prices of veterinarians are ridiculous, saving over $300 on a neutering my dog and vaccines. Found my primary care for my dog now.

When we started bringing our animals here the staff was great and it was as the name reflected affordable. After they sold the practice they have turned into every corporate vet around. I will be bringing my animals to a vet closer to my house and not making the journey down to just be charged the same amount as all other vets around me. Also will be referi g all my friends and family to do the same.
