Went in to get CV joints replaced and asked if they could check out the check engine light, at no time was it expressed that there would be $125 diagnostic fee for doing so. Guy just said we should have just known that was how this worked. Had I known I could have gone to AutoZone or O'Reilly's for free to have the light checked. Northwest you have lost all future business from me, have a nice day.
Also after issue was brought up, guy just started to list all the things he could have charged for.... How rude.

My dealership had me take my car here because my car was leaking coolant, they fixed the leak but didn't put any coolant in my car afterwards, they also disconnected half of my climate control so the heater only works on one side, when I asked them about it they told me the coolant system has nothing to do with the heater and that it wasn't their fault. And that they don't do head gasket repair which was what they did to my car.

They did a sloppy job not updating sticker for oil change and they were suppose adjust the system information failed. A/C was worst after adding more Freon? Doesn’t make sense. It makes me wondered if they even service our car at all and collected $$$?

I have been coming to Russ and Kyle with all of our vehicles for years. I encourage all of my friends and family to do the same. They are honest, and will also try to meet or beat competition in price.
We brought in a vehicle that another company swore needed new breaks, and some other work, and though they agreed with the other work needed, refused to "take your money for something that isn't needed" for the breaks after a detailed inspection. They were right, the breaks are fine.
I will remain loyal to these guys for as long as they are in business. Even moving states, I'll still come in when visiting the area. A solid and reliable place.

My son is a student at Whitworth and his brakes were failing. I took the car into Russ to see if he could fit the car in without an appointment, since we were from out of town and were needing to get him out of the dorm for the year. He made space to get him in, diagnosed a faulty master cylinder, and had the car fixed in about 3 hours. Great service and very friendly.
