We took our Ford that we purchased here to be serviced. We requested that the transmission fluid level be checked as it felt like it may be low. The dipstick can't be accessed without a special tool. (Last time I will buy a Ford).
Not only was my wife told they didn't have the tool to check it, they marked on the completed paperwork that it had been topped off.
So, not only was the service paperwork untruthful, if an auto dealer sells a Ford and offers service deals on the purchase, shouldn't it make sense that they can actually service them?
We loved our sales person, but have lost all faith in the Findlay brand. Find a dealer who is trustworthy.

I was traveling from out of state and had some issues with my car on a Saturday. The service rep Dave helped me so much! First time owning a hybird and I had some worries that my battery was failing. He gave me all the information i needed and assurance that everything was ok. It's been almost a month, I've seen 2 service reps from toyota and they all echoed what Dave said. Absolutely amazing!

I bought a used 4Runner from Findlay Spokane with Riley as my sales associate. I can't speak highly enough of the integrity the used car sales team has. After the sale an issue developed with the vehicle I bought that required some repair work not covered by the warrantee. I live about 400 miles away from the dealership so couldn't just bring it back there for the work. Trent and Luis worked with me throughout the process to get the issue resolved to my satisfaction. Great service guys! What you would expect from Toyota!

Went to the dealership today interested in purchasing a car today. Went to compare their black Land Cruiser 1958 or Tacoma since the car we were going to buy fell through at another place we visited which we had good service, but couldn’t come to terms. Walked outside the dealership in the 100 degree weather for about 15 minutes with no sales person approach us so we decided to go inside and see if we could get help. We were completely ignored by everyone including the receptionist and I’ve grown up in the car industry since a kid and now as an adult I’m ashamed at the customer service. We decided to leave after 25 minutes of not even getting a hello. Never going back there since we drove from Seattle and we won’t be back. Just want to let people know if you’re Asian you may want to check another dealership that actually treats you with some respect instead of just ignoring you. My money will be spent somewhere else.

I apologize for my past negative review, it was of no fault to the wonderful employees who work very hard and try to help to their fullest extent. It was merely a negative experience with the owners/managers of the company itself that I had left a review on in the past. I cannot express exactly how awesome the employees are and how helpful they have always been over the years! I’m very sorry if my past review caused some blowback to the lovely employees at this place, as that was not my intention. I wish there was a way to leave separate reviews for management on these places because any negative feedback is a reflection of the highest ranking people who ultimately decide how a company is run. Unfortunately, though, it is often the employees who work the hardest that are blamed for things out of their control.
To sum up this review, the employees here are incredible and have always been so helpful and knowledgeable for the many years my family has been coming here! So thank you all, because you not only work hard on helping people all day, but you ALSO have to handle the angry blowback from customers when it is ultimately 100% out of your control. I hope you all get significantly higher raises no matter what you’re already making, because any job that requires you to work with customers is typically underpaid in every circumstance.

I bring my 2008 Toyota Sequoia here for service. They are always kind and curtious, very professional. The work done here is top notch. ? I would always recommend Findlay Toyota to service any vehicle.

Make sure they rotate your tires!!! In the last 7 months we were told we do not need a tire rotation, even though we specifically asked for a rotation during both routine maintenance and during another issue (that has yet to be fixed as they have ordered the part 3 times that keeps getting sent back because no one calls to let us know the part is there) as it is included with a new car purchase. I have been in 5 times in the last 7 months. Asked 3 of those times. And was told every time that a rotation was not needed. Jiffy lube had to tell me my tires were done for. This is both unprofessional and dangerous. The worst part was being attacked by the service advisor manager Ron when I tried to explain all of this to him. He started yelling and denying before I could finish explaining all of this. While somehow at the same time acknowledging the fact that yes, they did drop the ball 3 separate times to reach out to me about the part, that miraculously was there when I visited (again no call). I guess not caring is one thing, but admitting they didn't care to actually check to see if the tires needed a rotation is a step too far. I was then accused of lying as their internal notes didn't show us asking for a rotation, that he pointed out numerous times. SIR. IF YOUR TEAM DOESNT CARE ENOUGH TO CALL A CLIENT WHEN THEIR PART COMES IN 3 TIMES IN LESS THAN 6 MONTHS, YOU THINK THEY ARE GOING TO WRITE IN THE OFFICIAL RECORD THAT IT WAS EASIER TO TELL THE CLIENT "ITS FINE" RATHER THAN DOING IT? By the way, the last time I asked was a couple months ago. Look at the picture and tell me this happened in a few months time. This was obviously going on from the beginning and no one caught it.

Very much a "Thanks for the money" sales team. Don't expect them to do anything for you but cash your check and the friendly smiles fade as you go out the door. Bought a brand new car and within a few months they couldn't be bothered to give me the time of day for financial paperwork, even when Toyota Financial told me to go through them.

The team at this Toyota shop went above and beyond to rescue a kitten trapped in my engine compartment. A kitten had run across the street and up into my car after I stopped to check on it. When I was struggling at a gas station, Ruschard who works at Toyota immediately offered his assistance after both animal control and the fire department couldn't help. They brought the car to their shop and worked tirelessly until they safely rescued her. Their dedication and expertise saved the kitten's life, and their kindness didn't stop there – one of them even took her home! I highly recommend this shop for their outstanding service and compassionate staff.

DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Bought a 2014 Toyota 4 runner from these jokers and the A/C went out in just a few months. I take it in and they say the found the leak very quickly.. hmmmm but it would cos 600$ to replace the hose and for A/C. WITH TWO SERVICE CHARGES. They knew the leak was there when they sold it to me but KNEW they could over charge and profit significantly for it. So slimy! To say the least I refused the service. They over charged for the 4 runner and tried to rob me of my Subaru Legacy. Stay away from these con men.
UPDATE: Such a typical response from a bad business to a bad review. They call me first thing in the morning on Labor Day and leave me a voicemail. I call back around 12 and shockingly I go to voicemail which I leave one. It’s now a day later and haven’t heard a response. I’m curious what their excuse is charging almost 400$ in labor for changing one part. They were trying to charge me 180$ in labor JUST to press a button on a can! Then a separate labor charge to replace a hose! Then $37.60 for “shop charges”… yeah and they already over charged for the parts. These guys are as shady as they come.
2nd update
They only replied to the review for window dressing.. they don’t really care. I called multiple times and left a voicemail and never heard back.. what would they offer me anyway? They already tried to rip me off. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SLEEZE BALLS!
Last update: took the vehicle to another dealership and they enlightened me to even more shady things they did or didn’t do to this vehicle before selling it to me. I’ll never step foot in this place or ever recommend anyone buy a vehicle there. Absolute con artists.
