This review is directly for Scherad (spelling is probably wrong) this woman is amazing. She went well above and beyond any of my expectations in helping me get assistance with medical bills I was having a very difficult time paying. She genuinely cared about me, and my situation and did everything she could to help me. I have dealt with many individuals over the years in regards to medical related stuff and for the most part have gotten passed along to this person and the next that did nothing for me. To whomever her immediate supervisor is, you truly have a great employee in her and she should be compensated for her hard work and dedication to helping others. Make sure you take care of her, good customer service nowadays is pretty non existent. She represents what good, hard working and dedicated employees are. Thank again ma'am, I appreciate you.

A few months ago I took my wife in for an MRI. They took us in at a timely manner. But when we left we get a call to come back because they didn't take all the pictures they were ordered to. Now today we had an appointment again at the Cowley office for another MRI and again they didn't take all the pictures that were ordered! My God! My wife has cancer and every delay keeps her from getting treatment in a timely manner! Why is this location having so much trouble!

They scheduled me downtown when I asked to be scheduled in the valley. Scheduling department needs remedial training. I sat on hold for 10 minutes trying to make sure there wasn't some mistake.

I took my little boy to Inland Imaging and the whole process was seamless! Of course we were sent for an x ray on Friday and I was expecting to have to wait through the weekend. The x ray technician was so caring with my 6 year old and made it so easy for him, he even put a stat on the results so we didn't have to wait through the weekend. I am so thankful for the good care we received. I got my bill after my insurance processed and everyone was so kind and helped me to understand the charges and my EOB. I worked with Crystal in billing she was so kind and efficient. I recommend Inland Imaging!

The staff at inland imaging have always been kind and known what they are doing. From the front desk to the tech and nurse. Everyone was great!!

Had an MRI for my shoulder through my L&I claim over a year ago, and because their billing department has no actual training nor oversight they're now trying to bill me personally because of their own mistakes with my L&I claim. How embarrassing of a company to say that it is my responsibility to pay for an MRI even though they originally approved it with my L&I claim. First off it is 100% illegal to bill me and again just embarrassing that nobody there has that actual knowledge.

This was hands down an amazing experience. Our son needed an IV for contrast and has medical trauma involving needles. This clinic has the most amazing nurse that did an amazing job getting his IV in. Everyone was so kind and understanding. Hopefully this experience lessened his trauma going forward.

The staff were absolutely lovely to me. They explained the whole MRI procedure to me so that I wasn't wondering what the hell was going on with all the noise. I have a HUGE fear of needles and they were so accommodating. The wait time was a bit long, but I suppose that's to be expected at any doctor's office.

The front lobby staff are so professional and kind. Gina took care of me for my mri. I was so comfy and that made a world of difference. Thank you all . Plenty of parking and large clean lobby and clean bathrooms. Also wanted to mention, making my apt was very accomadating

Called before 10 am and still was on hold for a half an hour just to be told they were going to call me back, didn't get that call and had to get put in the same que to wait another half hour.Automated system lies. It takes forever to get a person on the phone.

These people are truly stupid and are abusive low class americans. They intentionally do harm to patients. Typical small minded low class spokane sleaze. Fast food employees have a higher work ethic than the low class sleazy employees of this low class place.

The staff here is extremely professional and helpful. I went in for an MRI with and without contrast. I hate MRIs hand have had 4 of them within the past year for a tumor. I did great for the first part of the MRI. Then they gave me the contrast. Within seconds after being placed back into the MRI machine, I was starting to throw up. I began pushing the panic button to get their attention. They were right there with me the entire time. They got me out of the MRI machine immediately and got me a vomit bag. Both techs stayed on either side of me and were so compassionate and patient with me as I threw up and regained my composure. Turns out that I had an adverse reaction to the contrast. I've never had any issues in the past so me getting sick like that was very unexpected. The MRI techs new what they were doing and responded so quickly to my needs. When they placed me back into the MRI machine after I got sick, I was actually comfortable and felt safe for the first time ever because I knew that I was good hands. As soon as the MRI was completed, one of the techs helped me sit up and once I stood up, I was met by the other tech who handed me a water. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Every time I visit Inland Imaging, I am in and out promptly. The staff is cordial and efficient. The Cowley location is my go to spot.
