Took my car for service, and they not only sent me a video keeping me updated about my vehicles progress, but they also were very kind, friendly, and extremely efficient. They did everything in a matter of hours, and I had a list of over five things to complete.I would highly recommend this dealership

Bought a 2020 Mercedes GLE 350 with 40,231 miles 3 weeks ago, last night the check engine light came on only after 212 miles called Foothills to let them know about the light, I was told Foothills would not be looking at it. Its my issue. After 22 days Really. I won't be buying a car from Foothills again

These guys are the absolute worst!!! Jonny was a complete jerk and absolutely rude, Iv never heard someone treat a customer so poorly. His favorite line is “not my problem”. The service department is incompetent and unprofessional. I would give this place zero stars if it would let me.

The post I just read says I hope no one has this experience… Well it seems to keep going. I took my Lincoln in for service because the service light was on. I mentioned one other item. When I got the car back it had been “serviced“. I happily drove off but when I discovered the Service engine light was still on I called, assuming they had forgotten to reset it, and asked if I could stop by and get it reset until my next visit. They told me no that there must be a problem because the light is on. They said I need to reschedule and actually say the service light is on. It was my fault they didn’t look at The problem because I didn’t mention it. I said that was kind of hard to understand but their service writer made it very clear. It was my fault because I didn’t mention the light was on. I sure wish there was another Lincoln dealer closer. It takes me three hours to get to this one. Maybe I should’ve bought a Cadillac

Bought a new Lincoln with the concierge service plan since I’m partially disabled and it’s at times hard for me to drive sometimes. Imagine my surprise when I tried to schedule the concierge service when my car needed service, and the service manager told me that Foothill Lincoln would not honor the concierge service plan I had purchased and that Lincoln itself can’t do anything about it.

Very dude and complete smart mouths. They are shady and I believe a little bit criminal when it comes to handling your vehicle warranty stuff. They expect you to be the mechanic they don't want to do anything themselves lazy and completely unprofessional.

Justin Roberge is by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He makes you feel welcome, is not pushy, and takes initiative to make you feel well taken care of and like you come first. I would not deal with any other sales person than Justin.

I talked to 2 different sales personnel. They both told me the 2015 crv was in perfect condition. After I drove 3 hours round trip to see it, they didn't even have is washed. It was completely obvious the passenger door had damage as it almost hits as you open and close it. The inside of it was very nice, but a few dings, and scratches at its year would have been exceptable. The sales personnel who showed the crv was very rude when we said thank you and asked for my keys back. When I say he was rude I mean his expression and no words. I tried explaining why, but he did not care. It would be nice if people could just be honest. It also did not show any accident on the carfax.

Worst service center I have ever Dealt with. Makes me wanna sell my vehicle. Dudes in there are completely incompetent.
