Deceitful service center. My spouse took her 2022 RX450h in for its 10,000 mile service. She had a slow leak in one of the vehicles tire and asked them to check it. Lexus service told her the tire was not repairable and wanted her to order a new tire at $300 plus. Thank goodness she told them she would have me look at it. Upon her returning home I checked the tire and found a small screw the center of for the tire tread. I took the tire to a local tire shop and had the tire repaired. We have had no issues with the tire since the repair. I am extremely disappointed with Findlay service center. I don't know if they tried to pull a fast one on my spouse or just lack any type of honesty. We won't be back.

Was forced to purchase a car protection plan that included bug and tar removal. Now when it comes to performing this task they deny that it part of the plan. It was confirmed with questions over 5 times that this was included. I don't feel they stand by their word even on something as small as this

Haven't purchased from lexus before, but I do bring my vehicle in for services and Brittany's great! I was requested an uber during my recall so I didn't have to sit around & am always offered a car wash. & like I said I haven't purchased a vehicle from here before, but while I was looking around a gentleman named Irvin came by to show me around and was easygoing

Yesterday took a trip from Coeur d' Alene to Creston Canada to go to a farmers market. While there we had to turn on the 4 way flasher for a few minutes. Unfortunately the flasher would not turn off. Finally I removed the fuse for the flashers but then we did not have turn signals. The Lexus belonged to my sister who had bought the SUV a few years ago from Larry Miller Lexus that is now owned by Findlay. It was 11am and I called Findlay service to see if they could get us in to solve the problem. We talked to Josh who was leaving soon and he told us he could get us in at 2 pm. So we headed to Spokane. Around 1:30 we called the service dept to make sure they knew we were coming and Brittany answered. She told us she was waiting for us and had a tech ready to take care of our issue. We arrived at 2 pm and met Brittany and she thought she could have us taken care of in the next 30 minutes. We headed to the showroom lounge to relax. We then spotted a beautiful dark green RX450h on the showroom floor. That is where we met Irvin who spent sometime with us and he showed my sister a recent trade in that was being detailed. Irvin was knowledgeable and fun. True to her word Brittany appeared and had solved the switch problem at no charge to us. Overall a wonderful experience and they will be seeing us again for a future purchase. Highly Recommended.

If you need an honest and up front salesman contact Chriss Biggs. In the past he has sold numerous cars (Toyota and Lexus) to my dad and mom (I bought one from him as well). Unfortunately my father passed away leaving car issues to my soon to be 90 year old mom. Chriss assisted my mom in replacing a totaled car and then when the time came the dealership bought her car back. I live out of state and Chriss never hesitated to return my calls and worked out all details in each transaction in order to assist my mom. Words cannot express my gratitude to Chriss and this dealership.

Last night I inquired about a car that they had on their lot they insured me that it was still available. So we went ahead and submitted our applications last night the finance manager was already gone. So this morning he called and we went ahead and got approved and I gave him our card number because he was at lunch to go ahead and cover the down payment because we wanted the lock in the car obviously and not have somebody else buy it because I was at work and couldn't get down until later. Only to get a text about 30 minutes later stating that they sold it to somebody else because they showed up and drove it and we basically didn't test drive it yet. Evidently they don't understand that it's 2022 and people buy things over the Internet now I was appalled at the way they treated us and I will definitely never recommend them I would stay as far away as possible unless you like being lied to.

I purchased a certified used Lexus from this dealership back in late April. As of September 23rd, five months after the purchase date, I am still waiting on the title so I can register the car legally. I'm currently unable to drive the car due to the title issues. The dealership has been unimaginably unhelpful. I would never buy a car here again nor would I ever recommend a friend or family member purchase here either. They'll get the sale done and then leave you high and dry. You'd be best to avoid a purchase from LHM.

BE CAREFUL OF THE SERVICE ADVISOR! I made an appointment 1 month out since I had to drive from Coeur d'Alene, ID to Spokane for a recall on my Lexus. The literature I received on the recall letter specifically stated: "The remedy should take approximately 2 1/2 hours." We were there at the exact time of the appointment. Our service advisor was ASA BIRRELL. NEVER ASK FOR THIS PERSON. AVOID HIM! Although the person making our appointment told us it would take 2-3 hours. Asa immediately came over and said that it would take 4 hours. Asa was short with us and acted like he could care less we were a customer. Four hours later, I called and asked Asa when will the car be ready since we did no hear anything. He responded: "I told you I would call you when the car was ready." He said the car was not ready and that it may very well take longer and he had no idea when it would be ready. I actually told him to go find out from the mechanic WHEN it would ready. I assume he did this since he called me 5 minutes later and said it was being washed. When I picked the car up, he offered me NO paperwork regarding the recall repair. He actually told me I did not need any paperwork. I insisted he provide me with proof that the recall repair (a faulty fuel pump inside the gas tank) was fixed. He did so and I left. With what appeared to be 3 advisors only (and I could be wrong on this) - DON'T LET ASA HELP YOU UNTIL HE RECEIVES FURTHER TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Irvin Johnson is the absolute best.. professional personality plus! My mom purchased a resale Lexus and was treated like she purchased a new car. Irvin was so kind and made the experience smooth enjoyable and highly recommend Irvine!!

Want to give a shout out to Mike Bartlett and the crew @ Larry H Miller Lexus. We had some pretty specific (dare I say finicky ) wants in a new Lexus purchase, and Mike was terrific at informing us of the many options, locating a vehicle, equipping it with the many add-ons we'd requested, and was very hospitable throughout our purchase process. We were also able to get a terrific deal. I cannot thank Mike enough for his expertise, consultation, continual communication prior to the sale, and patience with us through the purchase process. Mike & his team are the epitome of great customer service. We know we're in great hands as new members of the Lexus family. Highly recommended.

In todays world service means everything and we found the car buying experience at Larry H. Miller Lexus in Spokane to not only meet our expectations but exceed them. Today's luxury vehicle marketplace is rife with competition and our decision to go with Lexus for our two new cars was not only due to the quality of the vehicles but also due to the over the top care we were given by all of the staff at Lexus in Spokane. They made the process wonderful and easy. From our salesperson Mike Bartlett to Bob McLean the General Manager the car buying process went very smooth. Mike really went out of his way to make sure all was good, from the personal texts to the care he took to explain all the details. A special shout out to Scott Petterborg the delivery specialist. Today's cars are complicated and Scott patiently helped set up both of our vehicles explaining in detail every technological facet and making sure we were comfortable with the controls prior to driving off the lot. The follow up by Lexus Spokane has been extraordinarily excellent. This dealership has it dialed in as far as the customer experience and they want you happy and make sure of it. All in all, we couldn't imagine buying a car from anywhere else. The combination of the Lexus brand and the wonderful experience we had at Larry H. Miller Lexus Spokane made our car buying experience simply wonderful.

I called before making an appointment for a 30,000 mile servicing. I was told to expect it to take 2 hours. I made the appointment and arrived 15 minutes prior to my service time. It took more than 5 hours for a simple servicing! I asked to be called the following business day by the service manager and was told to expect the call in the morning. Never happened. The waiting area at Larry Miller Lexus does not meet the standard of other Lexus dealerships. They did offer cans of soda, but no ice. On a hot 95 degree day, pop open a can of soda and pour it into a small plastic or paper cup....with no ice....not very appealing. I asked if there was a place to get ice, and the receptionist returned with a SMALL plastic cup of cubes, not enough to support can of soda. My husband and I sat in the waiting area, and absolutely no one on the staff asked if there was anything we needed. 5 hours!! I checked multiple times with the people in servicing, but my requests fell on deaf ears. I finally contacted a manager elsewhere, he looked into my situation, and told me that the car was just sitting "in back". He said it would be immediately washed, and we would be on our way. He also told me that the service manage would call me. Still hasn't happened. I live almost 2 hours from Spokane. Other Lexus dealerships have offered us a loaner to take home if the servicing was to take longer than expected. They would then deliver our car and pick up the loaner. This option was not offered to us. Nothing was offered to us as far as customer service goes. We have had Lexus servicing done in multiple states, from the the midwest, the mountain states, and the southwest . This was our first experience in the northwest....was not at all satisfied. Suggestions: 1. Get an ice bucket, fill it, and place it on the counter near the soda pop and water. It would be a good idea to check the bucket every couple of hours and refresh it with fresh cubes. 2. You have a covered plate for cookies or other sweets....put some on it. The plate was empty from 10:15 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. It was rather disgusting to look at a crumb, finger smudged empty plate. Just remove the plate if you have nothing to offer. That's just good manners.
