Everything I have had shipped from fedex in the last 4 years has not arrived on time. Always end up "in transit" at the Spokane valley location days after it was suppose to be delivered. Customer support is no help.

Don’t use FedEx. I have a package coming from China using “International Priority” which means in the US, you should receive it the next business day. It’s been 4 business days and my package was to arrive yesterday before 4:30 and it’s now tomorrow and 5:15pm. What is the point in using a shipping method if it doesn’t work out the way they describe?

For some unknown reason they refused to deliver one pkg to me even tho address was correct. And they didn't allow me to fix it. Absolutely ridiculous.

At 12:50 today March 17th, one of your FedEx workers flew through the assisted living facility in his FedEx truck, almost hit my car, and then honked at me. This is completely wrong behavior to have when being anywhere near an assisted living facility. Completely wrong .
