Hire more worker's! Ridiculous to be waiting an hour to just change a card and to see why my account would shut down before due date. Get your act together! 3 people working with over 15 ppl in the store come on.

I came in with questions about account sign ups, transfers, and cancellations. Jason was the associate that helped me, and he not only answered all my questions, but also got me on a much better plan, for less than what I was originally paying. 10/10 highly recommend, he was a huge help.

Company is trash. Parent company is trash... Been seeing way more outages since they "upgraded" to 5G/10G. Seriously for a company that just upgraded their tech, there should be no reason for this many outages and interruptions. Save your time and money, switch to a different provider.
