I get a lot of packages delivered and yet countless times it says delivered and its not in the box. I don't get it. The PO stinks. They don't screen people out who smoke weed these days. That cant help

This is one of the worst run and has the most despicable employees . They will refuse delivery under any excuse. Now don't get me wrong I've noted maybe a few of decent folks who do their job and have nothing to do with this but I mean three who did not contribute to the below. You file a complaint all of a sudden your mailbox doesn't work or they can't deliver to your door, it's not safe. They could throw your package at a wall destroying priceless heirlooms, and you complain your complaint will not be handled appropriately.You will never get your mail again. They will use any and every means they can to justify withholding your mail and making sure it goes back to sender.I have three years of proof of them using this tactic of trying to bully tenants into forcing the owners to give this local post office the mailboxes they want. What they do is they get their mail for that local post office to deliver around 6:00-7:00 a.m. they'll mark it as undeliverable before it even hits the route. Even if you schedule redelivery they still won't deliver to your door,citing things like not secure area when in all reality, the delivery driver just doesn't want to work.This is legit, there was a neighbor whose daughter had medication that up until the mother filed a complaint, she was getting delivered monthly,with no delivery problems. She never heard back about her complaint and her daughter stop getting her medication delivered to her mailbox as was normal. We go down there together and the mother shows proof that there was never an issue before she filed a complaint and that her complaint wasn't even handled appropriately. This POS comes out and starts talking about how there's not a secure area and all these other excuses. Meanwhile I'm in the corner with her daughter trying to keep her calm. Then she shows them proof there is no issue and there was none in the past until she filed a complaint. They cannot find her daughter's medication and the woman's insurance will not have it refilled again. So this mother tries several times until she has to stop,her daughter ends up so sick that she's hospitalized in a psych ward. Because this local post office uses laws and rules that make it legal for them to abuse their power, there's no legal recourse this mother can take in her defense. This local post office what they do is the equivalent of someone who likes to abuse their children and then gaslight anybody who complains about the abuse. This mother is not the only person who suffered greatly because this local post office does not want to deliver and if your package is rerouted through a different post office that different post office will deliver just not this one. They blacklisted me and several other tenants over 20 for complaining. They targeted veterans at my complex and the elderly as well as this mother,myself and several others. All because they want new mailboxes that they don't need. I've challenged it and they refused any and all means even redelivery to a secure location. I've gone in there and seen people bringing pictures and proof,it is happening to others that are not even at my complex, they bring in proof to this post office that there's no reason they shouldn't have got their mail and packages. They get the same crap excuse. It's this local post office that does the most disgusting things,there's a little girl in a psych ward for severe self-harm because this local post office refused to give a mother her medication. Citing it was lost and all other lies because the mother filed a complaint.This mother is not the only neighbor who is suffering because this post office uses legal means to get away with bullying and withholding mail. Find a different post office or have your mail rerouted, this one, if they're not stealing your medication, packages ect, they are making sure you never get it and I've got years of proof. This post office has tarnished what once was their good name. Disgusting

I have a "neighbors drive 25" sign in my front yard and every morning at about 8:45 am a us mail buggy purposely steps on the gas as they drive by.
Update: hoping it's not retaliation for this post but I've gotten my mail soaked wet. Had very important papers that are now ruined. Hope I'm wrong but seems like retaliation. We will see how this goes folks.

Literally go with any other service. If they lost a package or letter? Too bad, hope you can get another. Its never their fault. Can't ship 2 small cards in the same envelope. Useless.

My DNA Kit was delivered to our mailbox according to the USPS mail carrier. No joy on that delivery, they screwed up and I'm out of luck on all avenues, no refund, not insured, no C.O.D., so angered by lack of efficiency!

Terrible delivery service from this location."We have a new driver and we are training," the manager tells us. "You are the only house with issues." Wrong. I can name seven neighbors with complaints. People are busy and don't have time to deal with this location's incompetence. Also, this office rarely answers the phone and who knows where the emails go or if they are ever even seen.- For the past year we get mail for a different address 2-3 times per week.- The carrier just tosses packages onto the porch, sometimes in the rain. Never mind there is often sensitive electronics in the box.- Mail is delivered during mail hold periods. This last mail hold saw three packages tossed onto the porch on three separate days. We called and had them come pick up the packages, which they did only twice, leaving the third package to go missing.- We have a circular driveway and for some reason the carrier will make a three-point turn in the driveway stirring up the gravel instead of just continuing straight through.Do they not realize so many people have security cameras these days?

Packages consistently placed in wrong box. We have a Cluster Box style mailbox and items are WAY too frequently misplaced. This Post Office NEVER answers their phone when I try to get the issue resolved. No attention to detail and nobody seems to care about anything…

I always sigh whenever I see my package is being delivered by usps. They either take forever to deliver the package or make a “delivery attempt” which leads to me having to go pick it up
